Despite the recommendations from customer reviews to size up due to the product running small, I found that the XL-XXL size I purchased was too big for me. I decided to write an email to the after-sales team, and Jenny responded quickly, offering me either a size change or a full refund. After wearing the belt for two days, my hip felt significantly better, so I told Jenny to ship me a regular size. Within one week, I received the regular size belt, and it fits perfectly. I give five stars for the after-sales service! And the belt works wonderfully.
