Barrila is a dried pasta benchmark, and ziti is harder to find in many markets. Surprisingly difficult in parts of the UK. So the four lbs I gave them on a recent visit made for s happy pantry--but that is true in the US. The bulk purchase works for my variety of pasta dishes and a lb is always a handy item to give friends anytime.
