Works well for c section moms and newborns
Great for c-section moms. I’m 3 weeks post partum with my 3rd c-section baby. Vertical positioners put too much pressure on/above my incision. My baby is just over 8 pounds and is very comfortable. I would not consider this 100% hands free. Maybe 90% at this stage. I was able to vacuum and corral my other kids with confidence. But the reliance upon fabric sitting folded on one shoulder and only a half fold at that has obvious potential for the baby to fall out if the fabric slipped suddenly or over time. It also requires supervision to the extent that it is quite snug. You will need to be mindful of baby’s position in the sling as suffocation could happen. These are all more apparent notes though just from looking at the material and structure. None of these “cons” were unexpected. For sizing reference, my current post partum size is 5’4 and about 170 (size 12-14/Large probably). I had significant doubts that it would be usable when I first opened the item and slipped it on. It fit me like a snug tube top before I folded it. I might be able to use this sling to nurse when I get the remaining pregnancy weight off. However, at my current size and shape, I am pushing the limit for “Medium or S/M/L” size and can’t see the sling being conducive to nursing with the lack of extra material or give. It is stretchy but the stretch is restrictive and not super forgiving. It’s easy to use though which was important to me. I didn’t want the fuss of a wrap or sling carrier and, again, couldn’t tolerate buckled carriers at this stage post partum. At about $21 with the registry discount, the price is fine. Happy with my purchase and would buy again. I can’t compare this item with the larger size though so I’m not able to comment on the difference on the two size options. Picture included for color accuracy (copper/beige) and reference for snugness/positioning with a newborn.

Love this style baby carrier.
This 1 specifically Is a large & would work better for bigger woman as it's kinda lose fitting for me, still use this 1 if she wants to lay down rather then sit up against me. However I have a smaller sized 1 & absolutely love it! It's snug & it's an amazing baby carrier. I have been using since 7lbs & currently baby now weights 15 lbs & i will continue to use it. Love the design, the stretch, the ease of use & security. Weight wise im 150lbs & prefer a snugger for so it's for a smaller size.

Baby seems to like it
This is a soft, comfortable, very versatile, easily packable, and beautifully simple carrier. I like the fact that it is easy to take on and off. My daughter, currently 4.5 months, 26.5" long and 16lb, fits in snugly and safely. She is not able to lay comfortably in a cross hold for nursing because of her length, but sitting her in it is simple and secure. I am 5'2", 130lb, and I don't think I could go any smaller with this wrap and still have her fit, but I wouldn't want it to be too much bigger or she wouldn't stay put. For my part, I like how securely she fits in this wrap, and I like the ability to use both hands, even if one arm has somewhat limited motion due to the wrap being over the shoulder. But the weight is well distributed and I have used this wrap quite a bit around the house. It is like wearing baby in a warm hug, and she likes to conk out in it on days where she fights naps.

Not great for toddlers
I got this specifically to help me carry my toddler (2y) and my baby (6m) when he got bigger. It was a struggle to get the baby in it (he's more the size of a 10-12m) but once he was in it actually held him up really well. However, it was way too tight to work well on my toddler who started screaming/fussing when I tried to pull it over him. I would say this is probably a great sling for babies 0-12m. It was very tight though and a little struggle to get on--I'm 5'7" 170lb (I got the M--might work better with the larger size!). But if you're looking for an easy to use baby sling I'd say this is definitely worth a shot and it seemed well made! I'll be returning mine and looking for something a little easier to use with a toddler.

Been a bedtime lifesaver
So easy to use, super soft, comfy for me & my baby. Is this the most supportive? No. I wouldn’t really wear it for long, it’s hard for me to get her in it with her hips in the right position, but I will say—it’s been a lifesaver with my baby in the evenings when she wants to be walked around and held tight & I’m exhausted. The wrap gives her that snug hug feeling and takes some of the weight off my arms. I mainly use it as a support, definitely still hold her with my arm, but I’m not worried about dropping her when I’m pacing like a zombie trying to get her to sleep. She loves it, no doubt. It’s the only thing I have repeated success with when I’m handling bedtime on my own.

Worth it! Very comfortable for me and baby.
Love this carrier for contact naps. I can have my hands free when sitting or just one hand when doing things around the house. I got the large, I usually wear XL and my baby is 11 lbs. Baby fits snug and there are multiple ways to wear it. Fabric feels soft and is stretchy.

Love it but not for plus sized people!
I am 240lbs plus sized women. It’s way too tight for me I can wear it like a dress but unable to use it properly to put baby in. Great idea but please make slightly larger sizes!

Nap Saver
It seems that out of nowhere, baby wearing was the only way we could get our LO to nap during the day. After getting him in the wrap it still took some settling, but it was far more successful than anything else we had tried. (And it felt like we had tried everything.) I would recommend having someone nearby to help get the wrap on for the first few uses, as it felt awkward trying to get baby in it first, then my arm through to bring it up onto my shoulder. I was paranoid about him slipping out through the bottom. Once LO was in it though, it felt very secure and was able to have relative use of both hands (I still keep one under baby while up and walking around. Just in case.) After about an hour of use, however, I did start experiencing some shoulder discomfort (mostly sitting during that time) due to the snug fit. I’m glad my baby is secured, but I don’t see this as a long term option, especially as he grows. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who is prone to severe joint or back pain.

It worked until my 1 year old was cooperating and keeping his legs around me. As soon as he started wiggling he was slipping down. I sent it back.
