Good product it doesn't have a smell which I don't know good or bad but the cloth which comes with it both combined works well no lines left bhind if you are a clean frik like me and if you have a glossy display like macbook or any like mine it works well and for the mate display it also works good 👍and the brush is also fine if you use it for me this dose not go deep into my keyboard

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of the Amazon Basics Laptop/Phone Cleaning Kit. Upon opening the package, it was immediately clear that the product had been used previously. The cleaning cloth was stained, and the Body if the product full of scrathes and dent. All the parts inside the kit is mismanaged and out of the box. Few sticks are damaged. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a product that is meant for cleaning sensitive electronic devices.Moreover, this raises serious concerns about Amazon’s product compliance and quality control checks. Selling used or previously handled cleaning items under the label of a new product is misleading and unsanitary. I trusted Amazon Basics to meet certain standards, and this experience has shaken that trust.Please review your fulfillment and quality assurance processes immediately. I expect a full refund or a genuine, unused replacement, and assurance that such lapses will be addressed going forward.

Need more robust and sturdy parts

Got this Amazon Basics laptop cleaning spray for around ₹160 including delivery—way better deal than the smaller ₹190 bottle I got from Flipkart.Cleans screens really well, removes dust and smudges without leaving streaks. I use it on my laptop, phone.Nothing fancy, but it works perfectly and you get more for less. Totally worth it

The box was damaged when received. Replaced the item and again received a damaged one. So returned

I recently purchased this product because the number of devices that are required to be cleaned was just getting way higher. I mainly bought it clean my laptop and keyboard. And also for my airpods which is how I got to know about the product. You know there were instagram ad reels about a similar product which can be used to clean you airpods. And airpods have a huge tendency to get dirty.Anyway, I was very excited about the product thinking it will help me keeping my setup clean and with the help of its multi tools it would be much easier. But to my dismay, this product is just not it. IT SUCKS.In one day of usage, it has caused scratches on my keyboard keys because the plucker is so cheap and hard. The cleaning surface has almost caused scratches to my laptop screen. The liquid dispenser doesn't work, it just leaks. The brush catches up so much dust so quickly, that things tend to get dirtier instead of getting cleaner. Trust me, hair dryer did a much better job in cleaning the dust than this waste of money.All in all, its not just a bad product which doesn't work but in reality it makes things worse. Not using this, keeps the thing more cleaner and safer.PS I rarely write product reviews but after using this, I had to.

Value for money. Cleans well. Enough quantity is given to be used for long time before refill
