Having terrible time getting sound to work. Wouldnt recognize my Altec Lansing speakers - uninstalled and reinstalled Realtek - no help - decided to pair my bluetooth speaker instead only to find out this $900 computer doesnt have Bluetooth! Going to have to buy bluetooth adapter. Buyer's remorse.Update. Ordered bluetooth adapter which arrived next day. Took 5 secs to pair my soundcore speaker to computer.

Perfect computer for my families needs
Computer came perfectly packaged. It's clean, fast, simple to set up. I also purchased a Amazon Basics monitor too which is a great add-on to the HP desktop.

Good budget system
I had my old system for about 5 years now. It is very slow. This computer is like night and day. It is very fast and meet all my needs. Setup was very straight forward. I especially like the wireless network. It make connecting to home network a breeze. Over all, I like this system. The price is very reasonable.

Horrible NOT new
Horrible ! This product is supposed to be brand new the way it was shipped. Did not look like this was new. It also looks like it was thrown. The face plate. Doesn’t even clip on no matter how much I push it in. It’s not even an aligned correctly. It looks like doesn’t belong to this PC. I’m very very frustrated with this purchase. Definitely returning and purchasing a whole different brand

Painfully slow, good support
This has been a painfully slow computer and I am not sure why. Basic tasks take forever. I am probably going to have to return it. Not a fun process. Updated the graphics card which is from 2012. Not an ideal process. *UPDATE, the seller was generous and did a partial refund. After updating the graphics card it runs great.

It works perfect and it took me just minutes to set up and get going.
Ordered a Dell PC just before this and it went into a blue screen lock after about two days of use! returned it and bought this HP PC, and it works perfect!

Buyer beware
This system came with a graphics card that hasn't been supported since 2018! I should have caught this before buying. I immediately upgraded it.
