Nice but hard to put together

Totally worth it not hard to set up the kids can't get enough of it.

2nd Update (9/7/23): I am raising my star rating from three to four stars ONLY to help the seller, because the seller was so helpful to me. Otherwise, I would have left it at only three stars, because I stand by my review regarding the poor quality of the swingset. The top bar across the frame gives with any weight heavier than a couple of toddlers, and the entire frame is very thin and lightweight. I am afraid the swingset itself will not last very long before falling apart due to heavy usage. However, this is not the fault of the seller, who is only doing their job. Update: The seller (Lyromix) was quick to contact me and eager to help me resolve my issue with the bent stability bar for the slide. They promptly sent a replacement without any hesitation. I stand by the rest of my review. However, The seller will do whatever it takes to help resolve any issue you may have regarding your purchased items. Side note: The kids are still loving the trampoline and accessories! I cannot tear them away from it. The trampoline itself was well worth the money spent, and it came with bonus accessories! The attached swingset, however, did not meet my expectations. it was not heavy duty and will not do for my 6 and 8 year old grandkids. It seems that it was made for toddlers only. The top bar (the one that holds most of the weight) has quite a bit of give when my grandkids are on it. I do not feel that they are very safe at all, as it may just crash under their weight. And heaven forbid they have friends over to play with them! The slide could not be installed at all because the support bar was bent almost in half (it came that way). What a complete waste! And there were these very low quality plastic clips that go on some of the posts that snapped in two while putting the trampoline together (not good). The kids have thoroughly enjoyed the trampoline, however, and who wants to try to pack all that bulky equipment up to return. I guess I'm keeping it, but would urge any buyer to beware.

This trampoline set is SO MUCH FUN!!! I got it for my grandkids and they love it. It’s hard to get a picture of them all jumping together, but just trust me, they definitely do! It took a while to assemble and my husband and two sons put it together. It is a very good size and takes up a good amount of space but I’ve got a big yard so that is OK. It’s durable and has been up for months now, and the solar lights are still working. There is no damage to any of the parts. The swing still working great, and the slide is in tact. The bumper pad is still on good and tight and all the zippers to the doors still work. The basketball goal is also still up and right now it’s not getting much use. I’m sure that’ll come as they get older. I definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of getting a trampoline because it’s definitely a great value for the money. Fun for my toddlers, however, we were missing a few pieces, So we could only build it to a point. Seller only allows to purchase missing pieces. It is a two or more person job The directions are ok to follow but some parts are unclear. The materials are not packaged well, once you open you can’t quite see the indicator anymore and with so many parts that look the same it gets chaotic I would recommend labeling everything or putting them in separate labeled baggies.

Not done setting it up yet and so far it's missing a "G" bolt for the basketball pole and one of the tie straps for the spring cover came right off which was attached to a seem so it's coming apart. Also some of the legs seem to be going inwards. I'll update my review as I finish putting this together.

Very satisfied with this product a few of the reviews stated it took multiple people in a couple of days to build however, I myself 25 year-old male assembled this completely by myself within four hours. Very sturdy and holds above approved weight. 300lbs tested. Basket ball not included.

I ordered this for my son for Christmas, and it came in multiple boxes on different dates. I’m not sure why they shipped it all separately but luckily they all came in time. We managed to get it put together but the instructions are unclear on some pages. It’s a little shorter than average trampolines which works great if you’re getting it for smaller children. Overall I am very happy with it and so far seems to be good quality. I definitely think it’s worth the money with all the extra accessories it comes with.
