The description is correct

The bottle had leaked and then dried inside the package. When we attempted to drip drops into the humidifier, the whole lid popped off, wasting the product.

Works as it says delimes and keeps humidifier easier to clean up biweekly.

I’ve tried different products in my evaporative humidifier. So far, I’ve found this product to be easiest to use and works well in keeping my humidifier odor free during the winter months. Long lasting as only needs a few drops at a time.

The two new bottles were leaking when I opened the pouch. I quickly put them on my marble sink in the master bathroom. The next morning, even though I had rinsed them off before leaving them on the counter to dry, the had both left a crusty residue on the counter. When I tried to rinse it off, the crusty residual marks from he bottom of the bottles had actually eaten away the finish on the marble. These marks will not come off!! They have completely damaged the marble. Not only was this discovery upsetting, the issue was made a lot worse when I considered this awful residue was being inhaled by me every night! AND, when I gave my very fabulous humidifier its weekly cleaning, after using this product for one week, there was pink staining on different parts. This had never happened! BTW, I always use distilled water.

They showed up all crusty on the outside. I switched to using the humidifier "balls" with the pellets in them and the balls seem to work better than these drops - at least as far as slowing bacterial growth goes.
