I’ve been meaning for years to set up a media and streaming PC, because my 1200w main PC wouldn’t fit the bill as far as electricity goes, pun slightly intended. This little guy works great, it’s my new Plex server, along with all streaming apps, it beats smart TV streaming because it’s much more efficient and effective, while also having the ability to block YouTube ads. I immediately upgraded to a 2 TB M.2, but there is nothing wrong with the original drive, although finding a quality gen 3 at this point wasn’t as easy as it once was, memory is fine, because you won’t be doing anything crazy on this computer. I haven’t had a single issue with it, it’s quiet and has been running consistently for weeks now without an issue. It’s not going to win any speed and performance awards, but as long as you keep your background apps lite, you should have no issues. Only concern is that the small fan built in will eventually fail, but that’s a bridge that can easily be crossed down the road.

I bought the 8GB, 256GB version and swapped the 8GB stick with a different computer with same type ram so this MeLe could have 16GB and my other computer 24GB (8+16gb). All works great. I upgraded the SSD to a samsung 1TB as well. Currently it's running 3, 27" 2.5k monitors. This setup is not working that well, but I'm sure it's not really supposed to run 3 monitors well. I also peeled off some the mesh to allow better air flow. IDK about dust, I'll dust it out with my compressed air. I want max cooling as it does get pretty warm under load. So is it worth it? Ehhh, it would be nice if this thing was faster, but for the price, it's faster than what I think you should get for the money so that's nice.

I installed Ubuntu LTS and Coolify on this mini PC to run containerized home automation services. Everything works flawlessly - no performance issues, fast response times, and stable operation. The device stays cool and quiet even under load. With 32GB RAM and 512GB storage, it’s more than enough for my needs. I have the Overclock 3C with 512GB HD and 16GB of RAM. Frankly, I'm shocked by how good of a little computer this is. I bought it to host the remote desktop sessions I do when working remotely with multiple monitors. I've found it so easily capable of that. When browsing the web, using web versions of office applications and so on, it's remarkably responsive, so I'm convinced it would be adequate as a daily home PC. I had no problems getting to work with any monitor(s), keyboard, webcams, etc. I plugged into it. I even got it to meet my company's compliance requirements -- encrypting the drives with BitLocker, and enabling secure boot in the BIOS. Easy. The only thing I can say negatively is that the fan in a little noisy. There's a variable high-pitch noise you can hear, but if you put it a bit further away, it becomes white noise. If quiet is your thing, I'd suggest going with their Quieter line. I went with this one, because I wanted the option of 3 monitors.

I was introduced to these at work where we use the lower end models for signage. I bought this more robust model (Overclock4C N100 up to 3.4GHz Alder-Lake 12th Gen, 32GB RAM, 512GB SSD) to connect to my 55" flat screen so that I could do some computing with a lot of real estate. As stated in description, this is not for video editing nor heavy gaming, so do not purchase this for those uses. So far, it works very well. I did not see it in the description, and I took a chance on the OS, but I was pleased to find it came with Windows 11 Pro. Plus, no bloatware. Simple set up and connection. Does what I need it to do, does not get hot, task manager looks good on resources, graphics are good. If it holds up well over time, I may come back and give it 5 stars.

As shown in the photo, I'm really curious about what such a small computer host can do. As a photographer, I attempted to run DaVinci 18 on it, and it's obviously a crazy and unrealistic idea... 😂 But surprisingly, it can barely run Photoshop, though not very fast. I can now carry it in my pocket, car's armrest, or the small pocket in my bag... Paired with my mini mouse and soft keyboard (not necessary as most hotel computer rooms provide these), it becomes an excellent on-the-go office assistant, without worrying about the information security risks of using shared hotel computers. At the same time, its price makes me incredibly comfortable!

I think i was unfortunate to receive a bad one from the lot. Device was noisy to a level that was unbearable and kept freezing when downloading windows updates. Hope they will continue to check these devices thoroughly before shipping. I did receive prompt response from the manufacturer on the problems but could not solve them.

I got this after seeing lots of good reviews on how will it and can control a astrophotography rigg remotely using Wi-Fi remotely. Using a laptop or tablet. It came with Windows 11 pro. To set it up you will need a mouse and key board and monitor which most people should have. Then its install and up date windows and install your software.

I bought this to use with my telescope. I've updated to the latest windows 11 pro and installed NINA and can now and can now leave my telescope imaging whilst I sit in the nice warm house.

Habe den Overclock N100 im Angebot für 230 Euronen in der 16 GB Version erworben. Mehr Ram macht in meinen Augen nur Sinn wenn man mit mehreren virtuellen Maschinen arbeitet. Der N100 ist schließlich eine Einstiegs-CPU. Wirklich super ist das Schnittstellenangebot. Klar gibt es günstigere Alternativen am Markt, aber eben nicht mit USB-C Stromversorgung. Das war mir wichtig. Kleiner Tipp für alle, die mit PD keinen Erfolg haben: Es wird zwingend ein Netzteil benötigt welches 12V (bei 3A) liefern kann. Die Anker Netzteile der ersten Generationen z.B. unterstützen dies nicht! Dann kann das Booten natürlich nicht funktionieren. Das mitgelieferte Netzteil liefert ausschließlich 12V und sollte daher niemals für andere Geräte als diesen PC verwendet werden! Die Verarbeitungsqualität geht in Ordnung mit kleinen Abstrichen. Die Oberfläche ist, obwohl strukturiert, extrem anfällig für Fingerabdrücke. Das ist ein wenig unschön bei einem PC den man oft mitnimmt bzw. in die Hand nimmt. Hinzu kommt, dass mein Mele kippelt. Ich werde die Füßchen eventuell ein wenig modifizieren, obwohl dies wirklich kein Muss ist. Das Kühlsystem hingegen ist wirklich hervorragend. Ich habe lange mit dem Quieter 4c geliebäugelt, die auf 8 Watt gedrosselte CPU hat mich aber abgeschreckt, zumal der N100 ja von Hause aus schon eher gemächlich arbeitet. Der Overclock 4C hat einen Lüfter, was leider zu einem etwas größeren Gehäuse führt. Im Alltagsbetrieb höre ich diesen aber nicht, obwohl er direkt vor mir auf dem Tisch steht. Das Gehäuse wird nur handwarm. Etwas uneindeutig kommuniziert ist der Datenspeicher. Ich bin von internem Festspeicher und einer zusätzlichen SSD ausgegangen mit jeweils 256GB. Tatsächlich ist ausschließlich eine SSD mit 512GB vorhanden. Als neugieriger Nerd musste ich das Gerät natürlich gleich mal aufschrauben und gucken was dort verbaut ist. Unter einem Wärmeleitpad, welches sich gut löst aber auch schnell einreißt, ist eine 80mm Airdisk APF10-512G verbaut. Man findet nicht viel zu dieser SSD im Web. In einem kurzen Benchmark war sie sehr schnell, aber ich konnte nicht rausbekommen ob TCL oder QLC Speicher verbaut ist. Dazu müßte ich große Datenmengen hintereinander schreiben und schauen wie weit die Datenrate einbricht wenn der Pufferspeicher voll ist. Da habe ich keine Lust zu. Ich vermute es wurde billiger QLC Speicher verbaut, sonst würde man dieses Qualitätsmerkmal in den (kurzen) Datenblättern sicher nicht verschweigen. Für einen 230 Euro PC dennoch eine super SSD. Nach meinen Recherchen werden neben NVMe auch SATA M.2 Disks unterstützt (ohne Gewähr). Bei offenem PC kann man auch schön den wechselbaren Ram Baustein erkennen, es handelt sich um ein Modul von Apacer (DDR4 3200 CL22). Fazit: Abgesehen von klitzekleinen Mängeln handelt es sich um ein super Produkt zu einem fairen Preis. Hervorzuheben ist die PD Stromversorgung (gibt es mit den N100 Mini-PCs fast überhaupt nicht) und die höhere Leistung im Vergleich zum Quieter 4C bei gleicher CPU. Ganz winzig ist das Gerät nicht, es entspricht von der Grundfläche etwa einem Intel NUC (breiter, dafür weniger tief). Die Höhe ist aber deutlich geringer.

Ich wollte mit dem MeLe Mini Rechner und zwei mobilen 17 Zoll Display meinen 15 Zoll Laptop überflüssig machen. Die Idee war gut, doch der Mini PC ist nicht reif dafür. Ich nutze den PC nur zur Arbeit, also Powerpoint, Excel und Word und selbst bei nur zwei geöffneten Dateien (nichts Komplexes) kam die Maus teilweise ins Stocken. Dann war da der Lüfter, der zwar nicht wirklich laut, aber deutlich hörbar war. Etwas, dass einen über Stunden dann noch nervt. Dazu paarten sich Systemabstürze, die ich auf dem Win Laptop im neuen Windows nicht mehr kannte. Allen in allem ein netter Mini PC, der leider noch nicht ausgereift ist, um einen Laptop zu ersetzen. Daher ging das Gerät auch zurück.
