Amazon delivery men could not install as there were some wooden struts in the way. They tried hard and it was not their fault. Machine used for the first time today. Seems just fine and is quiet compared to my old one.

This is a lovely machine, spin speed is great and is quiet when running compared to other machines we have used.

Extremely disappointed.. for the price a shockingly small drum for 9kg. You will struggle to wash a double duvet and it was cause an uneven load. Both my dryer and previous washing machine were 9kg and easily fit bigger sheets and duvets. Also the spin should just be an added option like you have on A&G / Electrolux machines - clothes always come out fully dry and no need to manually go and put it on spin for another 15 min. If you are paying this much, do yourself a favour and get the AEG / Electrolux, you will be so grateful. You can customise the cycles and they cost the same. Overall I'm really disappointed as I got this machine for my parents and to help them but wish I'd gone with the AEG model I have instead.

Arrived on time and quickly removed old washing machine installed the new one. It is the first Bosch washing m/c we have owned and it's quality is very noticably superior to others we have had.

paid £40 for de install and install this machine--drainage hose of this BOSCH machine was too short to reach the waste--therefore I had to purchase an extension which meant that they could not test the machine--difficulty in adjusting the machine front feet as there is insufficient room beneath it--that meant I purchased a lifting tool to raise the machine up a few inches to adjust them--both extension and lifting clamps came the next day and that enabled me to run the machine--it was quiet in washing mode but was banging in the start up of the spin and this was not expected from a machine at this price point--I had levelled the machine so there was no rocking of the unit and all four feet were solidly on the floor--it was not overloaded so that ruled out those two points. Gave it another two runs and it is still banging. I WAS PROMISED A REFUND OF THE INSTALLATION FEE BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT FROM AMAZON. not very pleased with what 's happened and will approach Amazon again. TO anyone thinking of buying this model please note;---the drainage hose is positioned and leaving the machine on the right hand side (looking from the front) our waste and sink is to the left of the machine. The hose is about 6" short. WHY OH WHY Don't they provide longer hoses for these situations--Come on BOSCH it is so frustrating and for the cost of an extra length of hose--it really doesn't make any sense to me.--RETURN IT ? they make it so hard to do that. and it could take 30 days and then you have to repack it--how I don't know as they have taken all the packaging materials away. After laying out virtually £500--I am now thinking--is it worth it--should I have got one for nearly half of that---NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!
