The quality is very poor. Even the extra high resistance band is thin and has no resistance. I bought it by mistake. Proiron is much better

Waste of money
Doesn't look anything like the pics. It's just a tiny piece of elastic. Even the photos on the booklet that comes with it, shows it wrapped around someone's arms / legs but there's no gap to do this with. Waste of money
