The pictures online cannot do justice to how attractive these placemats and runners are. I love the subtle burgundy accent against the beige background. They are very thin and that might not be what some are looking for, but they are just perfect for my needs. Could not be happier with this purchase and the cost was what I consider "a steal.":

Flowers are not dark as shown in the pictures. They are very light but they are pretty.

Fits our need

This is a gorgeous runner and I paid not much attention to the dimensions; I suppose I looked at the picture! So quite tiny! This is actually a good thing because I needed this to put in top of a new electric fireplace I just purchased- that is gorgeous on top. For now; the TV is on top-hubby hasn't put it on the wall yet. So this is the perfect size-still shows the fireplace! Very pretty; highly recommend! Just be sure to check your dimensions!

easy and accurate transaction

The detail on this runner takes me back to an earlier time. I loved it so much I bought two -- one for my coffee table and one for a bedroom dresser. Has all the old-world charm I was hoping for and transports me back to an earlier time when the beauty was in the detail. Would buy again!
