This is a mess of oil everywhere.
I’m using 80-90w gear lube, it leaks all over out of the base. This is a mess of oil everywhere. I also have a video but Amazon won't let me upload it.

Clamp to hold tube broke immediately while tightening. I’m using 80-90w gear lube, it leaks all over out of the base. No bucket comes with. it pumps lube but ITS A POS!

I've got too many vehicles to be buying anything less than 5 gallons of fluid/oil at a time. This has made refilling existing containers a whole lot less messy. I haven't found a 5 gallon bucket of mine it doesnt fit (note that this does not include a bucket!). Easy operation and securing, very pleased.

Product and Price were decent; Customer Service sketchy
The item arrived on time, but did not match what the illustration of the product showed, with a black bucket attached. The product functionally is ok. I dislike the fact that the picture shown is in error. There is no black bucket that is included. Customer service was responsive, but basically said that they were not responsible for the Amazon listing it as such or the lack of description that supposed to state the container was not included. Then I get response from 2nd Customer service rep that I (the customer) am wrong, as there was a statement in the description WHICH THERE IS NOT as of MAY 12, 2018. I can tolerate the false advertising, wrong image and such, but to be told by a CSR that the customer is wrong is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE, it is CUSTOMER DISSERVICE. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000CN2W3I/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The product image should be as attached and a description bullet added: Lube Pump - fits full open head pails 5 through 6 1/2 gallons (not included).
