I have upper nostril piercings and it is nearly impossible for me to change them without a threading insert like this, so these were life savers. The kit I bought did not come with the handy jewelry holder so I can't speak on that, and the labret stud it came with was not a material I wear and was too long so I don't wear it. I really like that this came with tapers for threadless, internally threaded, and externally threaded jewelry, I just wish they had curved ones for each type as well, not just threadless. The location of my upper nostril piercings makes using the straight ones more difficult and irritates the piercings, but its not entirely a deal breaker. They're small enough to carry with me so I keep them with my emergency jewelry in my bag. Ll of the piercings I use these with are 18g and they work perfectly wirh thos. Would buy again.

These are great quality and were very helpful for after my wisdom tooth surgery. I have spider bite piercings that I needed to take out for the procedure and my piercing holes close up significantly without jewelry inside. After using the taper all my jewelry went right back in place like nothing ever happened!

I finally took the jump and tried this. I was so intimidated and scared to try it but it was so darn ez. I'd definitely recommend and buy again. It's fits quite snugly also so I dont feel like it'll fall out.
