Blue light killers
I’ll be honest: when my son (who stares at screens 10–12 hours a day for work) told me to get these £20 glasses, I rolled my eyes. Another “gamer bro” gimmick, right? Wrong.I spend 6–8 hours a day on laptops, iPads, and phones and have used these for a few days. My eye strain has gone and I don’t have the agitated feeling I used to get after looking at screens. Then my son put me onto Dr Jack kruse. There’s a rabbit hole for you. The amber tint is strong (they claim 99% blue-light block), so everything looks warmer, almost sepia-toned, but you adjust quickly and it is kind of comforting. Colours aren’t as “accurate” obviously, but I don’t wear these for photo editing. Fit and build: super light frames, they don’t pinch my head or slide down my nose. The style is plain black and understated. They feel cheap in the hand (because they are), but in a good way—cheap and cheerful, not cheap and flimsy. For 20 quid (sometimes even less on sale) these are worth a go to see how much blue affects you, you might be surprised. They are good if you want to improve sleep
They are great been using them for a couple weeks now they have greatly helped my sleep however makes games a bit orange but it does stop headaches and any pain from eye strain. There is no glare and the quality is good too. The glasses also have a slight bend in the frame making it ok to where a headset with however they do start to hurt after a while of wearing with headphones.

Awesome buy.
Bought these cos I can’t see with the new white lights on cars. These days the lights gives me headaches & makes my eyes ache. These glasses stop the white lights & turn them orange. I drove for 6 hours from Lincs to Penzance thru the night not a problem. Defo recommend them.

Glasses
For use in car mainly. They are great on a very sunny day, but night driving is a bit 50/50 they turn white lights to yellow/orange which is great, but those awful new white lights that blind you are still a problem they make it hard to see the edge of the road wearing the glasses or not. If you remember that stupid car advert that had a fox stunned in the road by the car lights?? What is wrong with manufacturers if the fox is blind then so are other drivers ? Small indicator lights and bright beem lights, where’s the common sense gone!
