Worst product ever
I’m very disappointed with Samsung and Amazone, i purchased Samsung galaxy book4. Then I found Laptop’s Camara is not working ,Audio sound is very low ,Battery performance is very bad, I’m getting only 1 hour battery backup . Laptop adapter gets hot while charging. I informed to Amazon customer care but they need defect certificate from Samsung then I called Samsung customer care very bad response from them. I called Samsung customer care 4 times then waited .They repaired the camara through online but they failed to repair the audio, they said their service person will come home and attend the issue but they did’t .Some time after Samsung person called and asked me to come to their service centre which 40 k.m far from my place .I paid 56000 thousand for this product but I made a mistake I should have bought laptop from professional company’s like Hp or Acer .
