May be more expensive than the standard size but will last longer. First time I have tried the XL size but was on offer so I ordered it. Genuine cartridge are better quality.

Color cartridge does not work

I ordered this back in April, but didn't need to use it until August. The printer refused to recognise the tricolour cartridge although the black one was fine. On the off-chance, I emailed the customer service email that was printed on the side of the cartridge. They responded immediately, explained there was a firmware update that made the cartridge now-incompatible with HP, and issued an immediate refund, even though I had bought the cartridges months ago. The five stars is for the customer service and speed of response, and for putting their customer service email address on the side of the cartridges so you can easily contact them (and the black cartridge is working perfectly as well). Very impressed.

These fit my printer a treat and work extremely well and will Definitely be purchasing again.
