Customer Support / Amazon are awesome. I purchased this pop-up canopy and the first time I used it the canopy was easy to setup. Later that night we started to get some gusty winds so I started to bring the canopy down and the wind must have been so strong that one of the frames broke. I was not happy but since I had just purchased the product I explained what occurred and I was able to return it and get a new one. Very good customer service.

A couple of things you should be clear on - When you pop up the frame work, you have to put on and attach the canopy. When you take down the framework, you have to remove the canopy. Essentially in storage the canopy is not attached to the framework. The carry bag is no good. You fight to get it all in, only the first time you drag it - it does have 2 angled wheens like a suitacese - the bottom of the bag drags and wears away immediately. Cheap vinyl heats up, and tears quickly. Once canopy is up, it is good though.

The product was well constructed and set up easily so I was initially very happy, that's the good news. However, three days later, it rained. The canopy collected rainwater, sagged and experienced a "rapid unscheduled disassembly" as the frame was crushed, destroying at least five of the metal struts in the process, so it is now useless. The manufacturer's information did not recommend taking down the item before a rain event or warn about this condition. The canopy needs to provide some way to prevent this water collection from happening, so I consider it a design issue. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IF RAIN IS EXPECTED! If it was not for that, I would have given the product a 5 rating. I attempted to contact the manufacturer using their chat, and the response was "you are logged off". And, the Amazon order number was not recognized in the manufacturer's return system. So reluctantly I am giving this product a rating of 1.

This canopy is so easy to set up. Sturdy and large providing quite a lot of shade. Would recommend

This canopy is large and provides great coverage. The 12x12 size is perfect for outdoor gatherings. Setup is simple with the one-button push design, and it feels sturdy overall. The included weight bags help keep it stable, but with really strong wind the joints could weaken or break, so extra care is needed in bad weather. For regular use, it’s a solid product at a good value.

Definitely delicate going up, but I was careful and it works great. It has been up for a month or so now, and has weathered a handful of thunderstorms. I do have it anchored and staked down, I didn't hesitate to do this as soon as it went up. Pretty much what I was looking for, not permanent, but a way to get out of the sun or rain for a backyard project. I can definitely see myself taking this along car camping too.

I originally wanted to give this canopy a five star review. I used it at an event as a vendor and it was great. I stored it in the supplie storage bag for one month before using it again. When we took it out to set up for another vendor event, one of the metal pieces was broken. We were desperate to make it work, so we considered using duct tape to try to make it stay together. We began putting it up and several more pieces of metal snapped like twigs. This canopy is so poorly made that it only lasted through one use. We had to frantically rush to Walmart to buy another 12x12 canopy. I'm so disappointed in this canopy. I really wanted to love it, but it's, apparently, only a one use canopy. Because I didn't use it again for a month, I'm outside the return window. A total waste of money.
