As I age it becomes harder to maintain my muscle and energy. This really helped - especially with the wife who at times tells me to stop taking it as she can’t keep up:) you know what they say - “ happy wife happy life” this helps

It's not as thick as other Shelagit
It tastes better and definitely gives me energy. It's not as thick as other shelagits but it definitely seems to do the job especially for the price 🙂

Quality, though uncertain of effects
The resin seems of superior quality, though it’s hard to tell if it has any positive effect. I assume it’s doing its job.

comes from China
I have a hard time telling if this does anything for my body but I like the concept of the minerals. I do not like that is is made in China. I can not thoroughly check out the contents of every product and am skeptical if it is made in China, they, right or wrong have been given bad reviews for products made over there.
