I had been struggling with my assignments for weeks until my Tutor suggested I purchase this book. On the day I received it I completed 2 Units! It is packed with up-to-date info and is easy to follow. More pleasurable than your average text book! Written in clear, easy to follow language, I love it!

Currently doing my QCF level 2 in health and social care and I can not praise this book enough. Its been my bible and has been a huge help. Would recommend this to anybody who is doing their QCF as its really informative and set out well. Will be buying the level 3 book as soon as I start it.

It's really helping me with my NVQ but I can only rate it a three, as I need a little more info some sections are quite short.
