Rate this product ZERO STARS! Didn’t come with all the cables and cords needed to setup. The monitor came on 5 mins into setup it shut off and will not come back on (I used cords I had from a previous desktop) the monitor It’s supposed to tilt up or down but it’s stuck in a downward tilt position. The keyboard and mouse isn’t as advertised. I purchased this as temporary equipment for a work from home job. Thankful I already had a monitor as well from my previous desktop so I’m going to just going to use that monitor! But I came here to say, DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THE MERCHANT, keep searching! Like I said this equipment is temporary for me but I wish I would’ve chose better !

I bought this for my son as his first gaming set up and he’s obsessed! We’ve not done any heavy downloading or programming but it works great as a started computer and there’s the added benefit of purchasing the antivirus at checkout. The RGB lights are the best part because you really do feel like a gamer. The only con I would say is the screen stand is difficult to set up and a little unstable so you can’t move it a lot without it losing balance or becoming wobbly. Other than that, great purchase!

Nice bundle with only one issue....keeps dropping my Wi-Fi. It's sitting in the same spot as my previous PC was at and it never lost wifi signal. I have to restart the wifi adapter a lot on the new PC.

Cheap crap honestly the monitor I got turned on went black, kept on trying never got it to work. Currently returning the item due to a major disappointment towards the lack of quality for the even small amount of money it still isn’t worth it, it didnt come with the speakers and pc requires a plug in to internet not wireless connection, if your looking for a last resort kit sure but I would recommend looking elsewhere hope this helps

The computer is okay I guess but the Listing needs to be more clear, the keyboard and mouse are not as advertised it’s not good quality and not the one in pictures. The wifi connection keeps coming in and out which is very frustrating when internet connection is needed to perform basically every task, not compatible with windows 11 but not a huge deal to me. It works and will have to do for now as I bought it in a pinch because my computer broke and needed a replacement asap but definitely not a permanent solution. If you’re looking for something that fast and reliable I recommend going with something else.

This computer has a great value for the money spent, $190 with a monitor. I have no problem with this. The machine worked well at first (not sure why) but after an automatic BIOS upgrade i refused to boot, giving me an error message to the effect that the machine cooling fan was not working. I contacted the seller, and although they responded quickly, they apparently did not understand when I sent them the error message; they wanted more info and pictures. I tried to send the photos but that did not seem to transmit, so they basically repeated the first response. I finally decide to look inside the machine. After a search through Dell's site (another bad experience) to find out how to get to the motherboard, i discovered the fan was not plugged in. I plugged in the fan, still not booting. I had to factory reset the machine and reinstall everything and now it seems to work OK. The plugged should not have been missed and the first response should have been how to check the fan (which of course I probably should have checked earlier but I was reluctant to open the covers without checking with the supplier).
