Was really hoping this product would work and help my husband sleep and that I would get some benefit from it as well. I noticed the first night that my legs were hurting but when I kicked the sheet away they didn’t hurt. I do not typically experience any leg pain so this was unusual. Same thing happened the next few nights but was gone when I kicked the sheet away. Husband didn’t notice any improvements in sleep. Returned after a week.

It’s not a doll size sheet, more like a strip of fabric, too expensive for a strip of fabric. Truly disappointed

This is a 9 month review. I was VERY skeptical about the purchase but a friend insisted on its usefulness. I work in front of a computer all day and I was waking up with severe muscle strain in my neck in the middle of the night that was unbearable. It went away after I started using this blanket. I've deducted a star because one of the two plug in points fell apart (it only needs one). It still works, but it's durability is questionable for a $100 product. The only reason I took notice of the plug failure is because my neck pain returned unexpectedly, meaning the beneficial effects aren't in my head, the blanket does it's job.

This grounding sheet is well made and very comfortable to sleep on. The organic cotton is soft and breathable, with no change in feel from a normal sheet. It fits the bed easily and stays in place all night. Setup was quick and simple. I’ve noticed better sleep and feel more relaxed in the mornings. Highly recommend this grounding sheet.

2 units were purchased For grounding purposes To improve health. Used for 4 weeks With no apparent Health benefits. So I broke out my continuity meter and tested and tested continuity from different points on the sheet. There was continuity for short distances , but performance beyond that was negative. Then I tested the ends of the wire that plugs into the wall socket, and even the wire from both mats did not have continuity. How could this work With a wire that doesn't have continuity? I did purchase these at the same time so there's the possibility that this is a bad batch, but it appears That this may be a good concept with poor execution. Buyer beware.
