Mood Magnesium & Adaptogen Drink, Relaxation Beverage, 12 Ounce (Tropical Bliss, 12 Pack)

Okay, so I wanted to make sure I got through all of the drinks I ordered before writing a review. These are probably one of the best drinks for mood on the market. I drank 1-2 a day and there was a BIG improvement in my mood, less brain fog. That kind of thing. I have MS and I’m in pain all the time. It didn’t reduce my pain of course, but it did make my days easier… honestly I can’t tell yall enough on how much it reduce brain fog… they taste great too! The black cherry and blood orange were my favorite from the pack I bought. It’s better tasting than La croux in my opinion. You can tell that the flavors are natural. And my package wasn’t damaged or anything like that. I’ll be ordering more… probably tomorrow

Delicious, calming drink that helps me limit alcohol consumption.

I have been limiting my alcohol since last March. I’ve tried several different nonalcoholic beverages since, and have purchased Recess beverages over and over again. The taste is not sweet like soda nor really reminiscent of any alcohol drink. It has a distinctive taste which I enjoy! I have been a regular customer since first trying Recess. I also occasionally drink the flavors which are similar to Margaritas, Cosmos, etc. These are also a fun alternative to alcoholic beverages.

-4 STARS due to price. Taste & Variety: The flavors are light and refreshing. Not overly sweet (I prefer moderate sweetness). The sampler pack is a nice touch because some flavors definitely stand out more than others (MY FAVORITE IS THE BLOOD ORANGE!!) depending on your preferences. I am also not a huge BUBBLY drink fan. These are not overwhelming...the perfect crisp! Experience: The calming effect is subtle but noticeable. I wasn't expecting a HALLELUJAH moment and as mentioned earlier, it’s very subtle. But the subtleness and taste have me hooked. A PLUS, I have noticed better sleep when I have one. I really like this because it feels like a more intentional alternative to soda or sparkling water. Downsides: Honest review...I purchase these when they go on sale. I would have 1 a day if the price was lower but my budget wouldn't agree. Overall: Trying to cut down on caffeine and alcohol, 3 months in, Recess Drinks has become my favorite guilt-free 2pm and/or evening treat. I purchase the Paradise Sample!

It was enjoyable trying this magnesium drink sampler to wind down after work! My favorite is the orange vanilla; Tastes like an orange creamsicle! Second favorite is the Raspberry Lemon! Ordering different sampler to try the other flavors

Taste like most sparkling waters. Has very little flavor and carbonated water taste. Magnesium and adaptations help me unwind and sleep better after stressful long shifts.

I really love these. Every flavor in this variety pack tastes good and none of them are overly sweet, which I appreciate. I usually drink one in the evening before bed and it’s become part of my nighttime routine. They’re light, refreshing, and don’t have that weird artificial taste some calming drinks have. I also love that they’re gluten free since I have Celiac, so I don’t have to worry about that at all. Honestly, I haven’t had a bad flavor yet and the sampler pack is a great way to try them all.

I got this because I’m 29 weeks pregnant and feel under a lot of stress. Normally I would have a glass of wine but of course can’t do that right now so I figured this would be worth a shot. My midwife has recommended Magnesium for my headache and recently told me to try B6 supplement for energy and sickness. I was pleasantly surprised to see these were 2 of the main ingredients. My best friend who recently quit alcohol came over and we had one together, we both enjoyed it and definitely got the calming feeling so overall it did its job! I see people complaining about the price, it’s definitely pricey! But for those who go out and drink this is easily one tab for one light night of drinking out on the town, so I think it’s all about perspective here. (Note: this is my experience and I’m definitely not trying to give medical advice for anyone who is or is not pregnant, please talk to your own doctor.)
