Had an irritable skin inflammation on my arm , bought this item , applied it for 2/3 days and it worked , got rid of the irritation and inflammation , good cream , would recommend . 👍

This was quite effective and calmed the itching but not quite as good as Betnovate for my excema.

Careful: after a lot of research I finally understood what Halobet Propionate is a potent cortisol that is not available in the UK (in fact the product is imported via Nepal). This product should be sold only via GP prescription, but since it's not officially available in the UK, it falls in a grey area. Be careful, it is similar to clobetasol propionate and CANNOT be used with Rosacea. Do your research.

I have spent a fortune on cream for my rosacea and nothing worked. Even the gel from my doctor made it worse. I bought this and boy do I wish I'd bought it sooner. My face is not deep red anymore and I can finally venture out. The only thing I would say is that it made my skin very dry but a bit of Nivea day cream combats that. I really can't praise this cream enough.

I don't know how affective it is, but tried it yet, but it's a steroid cream. I was not aware of this. Where I live you cannot buy steroid cream without a prescription, so I was very surprised. I wanted something moisturising without steroids as I already use a prescription steroid cream.

Compré esta crema porque se presenta, entre otras cosas, como que sirve para la rosácea, o al menos es lo que yo interpreto leyendo el enunciado. Recibo el producto y leo las instrucciones (en inglés) y veo con sorpresa que pone que no sirve para las personas con rosácea. Me gustaría que lo aclararan, porque de ser cierto, es muy peligroso anunciar un producto que sirve para el tratamiento de la rosácea y el prospecto advierte lo contrario

The product description says it can be used for Rosacea. There are pictures of rashes on faces in the amazon product pictures. However, after buying and reading the instructions it clearly says not to be used on face nor for rosacea. Amazon doing a poor job of verifying what products it is selling.
