You get what you pay for!
Feels quite cheap, not very strong resistance. Mine keeps coming apart in the middle during the first use. Not sure if I’ve just gotten a faulty one, but will be returning

Poor build quality.
This item was received slightly bent due to the flexible, low-strength metal bars used in the arms, rendering it not useable as intended / advertised.Also, the sponge moves fairly easily to reveal hard bar ends, which could be very easily addressed in production.
