I’ve run my impact driver, circular saw, and even a leaf blower on these, and I’m always amazed at how much work I can get done before needing to swap batteries. The charger is fast and dependable, with clear indicators, and I like that DEWALT’s lithium-ion tech holds a charge for months when stored. These aren’t just backup batteries; they’re workhorses. The build quality is solid, exactly what you’d expect from DEWALT — rugged, durable, and built to handle jobsite abuse. I rate this item as a 5.. the products that were shipped: 2-genuine DeWalt 20v Max-lithium rechargeable batteries and a new DeWalt Charger & they were absolutely new; The package had not been opened and we're all in the same factory box...Not as some have reported; also both of the batteries were factory charged on the batteries to level one on their indicators - I then used the new charger included to complete charging the two batteries -which took about 20 minutes each to reach full charge- I then tested the batteries in my DeWalt 20v max XR tools and they work fine and hold their charge..The only thing I encountered was with Amazon losing the order in shipment somehere and it was not the Vendors fault but all arrived about a week later - all is good now. Please see the attached photos that verify what I have stated.

Perfect, although 2 weeks. Postal service shipping across the country back and forth, bypassing needlessly. When ready to cancel, showed up. Happily, perfect, 2 large batteries, fast charger. Great addition to smaller batteries. With several dewalt battery powered tools, the ability to have continuous power available swapping out as needed, is fantastic. The seller wrapped the cardboard package tightly in a grey wrap, very nicely. Perhaps the neutral, tight, rectangular package was overlooked on the delivery truck. Sent out to California, a few different city stops then east again to Ohio ... finally Arizona. Tracking fell off. Product 5★, seller 5★, shipping 2★

Arrived in very good shape quality was good for the price that it worked good and it fit in the bag that I have pretty good for the ratchet drill

Battery life is excellent. Fast charging is very quick. I use on a 1/2" dewalt impactor and as time passes, the lock holding the battery in place is not as firm, possibly due to the vibration

These are "genuine" DeWalt batteries with their own serial numbers, manufacturing date, etc. I usually measure capacity when I buy batteries. The batteries are fully charged, and then discharged to 15.9V with 2A current. The fully charged voltage was 20.7V (a bit higher from typical 20.5V). The internal resistance is approximately 0.1 Ohm - very good. The measured capacity was 4.5 and 4.3Ah for the pair I got. The batteries provably can give ~3% more if discharged deeper; but this reduces the life of battery. See DeWalt at the top row of the picture. The price is ~$11.6 per 1 Ah; this number is a good comparison parameter.

Good quality, nice packaging and battery was so good. charger voltage is 110v only just plug into 110v socket or buy the ac converter 220v to 110.
