Try not to use himalaya products. They are making cheap and nonsense products which has more side-effects than effect. If it comes to this product I used it for a week and boom my lower back started giving pain. Later found out it is affecting my kidney function 😶. Immediately discountinued. This is not only the product, i face eye infection when I use their stress reduction eye drops, their shampoos caused moree hair fall, which is irreversible. Soaps are in high ph level cause irritation and rashes...huff... I thought himalaya is a good brand.no I was under bad impression. This is the reality of most brand.
