I absolutely love Ultraloq! This is a welcome addition to my smart home. i consider this one of the best options out there. I plan on buying them for every door. Works seamlessly with Alexa. I can lock and unlock anytime I want, at home or away. The app is nice and reliable. it lets me know who unlocks the door. My favorite feature is that it automatically detects when I come home and unlocks the door for a brief period for me to enter. Makes taking groceries in a breeze. No keys required, just your phone. If you don't have your phone, you can input your code on a lit keypad or use your fingerprint. Easy to install, looks good and works great. Oh yeah, probably a feature you didn't know you need: it takes four AA batteries. Some locks require charging via usb-c port. Very inconvenient. Ultraloq is ahead of the game in every way. I did my research and landed on this. This is their premium model. If you think it's expensive(it isn't), you can opt for a lower model and I can guarantee you will be happy.

Easy to install and set up. The unit is well made and seems durable. I bought a second unit after receiving the first one. The fingerprint recognition is an excellent feature. The ability to assign multiple users is also very useful. The wi-fi connectivity is reliable. Unfortunately the second one was not working properly. Not an issue, a quck call to customer service and within 2 days I had a fully functional replacement unit. Recomend not only the product but the company for being responsive.

Came quickly, easy to install, works as advertised, lock and handle look and feel like a good quality. Finger print works great. You can put multiple codes in the lock and give them names. When someone uses the lock the app shows who came in. We put this on our vacation condo so we have only used it for a week but it worked great.

I’ve been using the ULTRALOQ U-Bolt Pro WiFi smart lock on my front door, and overall it’s a well-designed, feature-rich product. Initially, I experienced an issue with unusually fast battery drain. After troubleshooting on my end and working closely with U-tec support, they quickly stepped in and provided a replacement unit under warranty. Since installing the replacement, battery performance has been normal and stable. What really stood out was U-tec’s customer service. Communication was prompt, professional, and solution-oriented throughout the entire process. They clearly stood behind their product and made sure the issue was fully resolved.

Love this! No more fumbeling for keys at front door and easy to set the finger prints of family that I want to have access to my house. Easy to install, I did it myself and it took me about an hour.

This lock was purchased sometime in 2022. It was working well until about few months later the finger print button peeled and the covering came off. However it continued to work so we didn’t complain. Fast forward to last year we purchased another one of these locks for another property. However, we ended up having to use it to replace the existing lock because it just stopped working one day. Now this new lock was installed around Oct/Nov 2025 and its been giving all sorts off issues. Sometimes we leave home and it doesn’t auto locks. This new one was purchased with a door handle and that has been defective. Now the final straw was this morning the door lock just stop connecting to the internet. I am over these locks and fact that you cannot get in contact with anyone is more frustrating.

The lock quality is impressive and very sturdy. Installation was easy and fairly quick. App setup was also very easy and worked as expected. I am fairly impressed that the door sensor worked through about 2 to 2.5 inches of door frame. I did initially have issues joining the lock to my TP-Link Deco mesh network, and had to configure my network for 2.4GHz only to get it to connect. Once connected I was able to swap back to Dual band. I also did have issues with the lock staying connected and it would drop off randomly. I placed a customer service ticket and my lock was updated to a new firmware remotely by their tech department which has since solved the issue. I would definitely recommend and purchase another if the style matched my front door. 🙂

Worked great until it didn’t. It doesn’t recognize my finger anymore - doesn’t even beep to tell me it’s working?

We’re extremely happy with the U-Tech Ultraloq deadbolt system! Not only does it look sleek and modern, but it also offers excellent security features without sacrificing convenience. Installation was a breeze. It fits perfectly into the spot of your current deadbolt and is just as simple to mount on a brand-new door. We were especially impressed by how effortlessly it connected to our Wi-Fi network and integrated with our Google Home system. The app is intuitive and makes it easy to manage user access, monitor activity, and lock/unlock the door remotely, all with just a few taps. And we have to give a special shoutout to their Customer Support, particularly “Sally”, who went above and beyond to walk us through some of the more advanced features. Her insight helped us truly unlock the full potential of the system, and her friendly, knowledgeable approach made the experience even better. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of smart functionality, great design, and reliable performance, plus outstanding customer service. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their home security without the hassle.

Works well, and was pretty easy to fit.

Move on, terrible product. They constantly lose communication with wifi and Bluetooth. Auto unlock has yet to work. Everyday I have to manually relink with the wifi server and Bluetooth. Autolock doesn't lock until I'm server blocks away, minimum distant for auto lock is 300 meters which is a few city blocks, that is very poor security. The product seems to be solid and well made but the automation settings are very poorly thought out and rarely work. They are extremely expensive manual deadbolts. Customer service was of no help at all.

Nice product but the app does not work and can not link to the lock.. customer service was really friendly and nice but couldn't fix the glitch in the app.
