I read about these whilst pregnant with my 2nd child. I did find breastfeeding difficult and painful initially with my first child. However was reluctant to purchase for the price if they didn't work. However after having my 2nd child I had difficulty and pain again, to the point I was not sure I would be able to continue feeding. I ordered these as a desperate attempt to salvage it. Expressed a drop of milk in each and used for 24hrs and it made a big difference. Overall I only used for a couple of week initially all the time then just over night and then at times if my nipples felt sore after feeding. I have not needed to use them since as my problems have resolved. However I still consider these worth the money even for the shortest period as it has enabled me to continue breast feeding. They obviously aren't the most comfortable things and dig in slightly and can leak. However I found just using them for periods as needed and using breast pads to catch any leaking helped and this did not stop them being effective. I was not sure about the hype, not knowing anyone personally who used them but would now 100% recommend if you are having difficulties.

These were a panic buy early on as my nipples were in bits, thankful I took the risk as they’re brilliant. Made so much difference, I only had to wear them for a couple of nights before my nipples healed. I’ve since found them useful for whenever I have a milk bleb, a couple of hours of wearing this really helps to soften up the area and keep things germ free. My only gripe is they’re quite small, I’ve got large areolas and I find they can nip a bit of you try to sleep in them. I’ve found attaching them with a bit of dressing tape and going bra free is the most comfortable way to wear them.

Much better for healing sore nipples than lanolin cream, which can irritate and inhibit the healing process. Definitely recommend. Easy to clean and worth the money to keep nipples healthy.

Wouldn’t be without these! Made breastfeeding so much easier! Ver expensive but worth the price! Cheaper alternatives seemed to go funny after a few uses!

Amazing! Very painful to feed my 4th child after initial bad latch, had been using landlines cream which didn't help much. Bought these, literally wore them for a day in between feeds and after 1 day feeds went from REALLY painful to not that bad at all! I'm really surprised at how much is helped! Worth every penny!!

I have used it 1 day and it burnt my nipples, it felt like my nipples were on fire 😱 I dont have an allergy to silver, no reason for this to happen I wish I could return it and get a refund as it was so expensive & ended up causing me more pain!
