So, this item for 2012 Tiguan ,States , Gas/Petrol fwd. Perhaps not clear but for price received left and right, I think same device for rears, but not sure. I believe can test with multimeter should read 1.4 1.7 ohms, but my point is there should be resistive reading of some sort. these are 3rd time Ive had to order, first set from National auto parts place sensors showed Zero ohms ,open circuit ,I installed they failed. ordered 2nd set through Amazon, same thing,zero ohms on reading. Now I begin to think my testing is incorrect, I installed & failed still have trouble codes, returned. So got this brand and got reading on Meter ,Installed ,troubles cleared for about week now. Only thing the distance of the probe section is about 1/4 " shorter than original VW sensor, further from exciter magnet ring , but so far works perfectly

This item did not fit the rear of my 2012 VW Touareg.

Good value for price, did what it should

Too long for the 2018 VW Tiguan. The seller listing should say up to 2017, not up to 2018. 2018 is when VW changed the Tiguan to what we know today. Amazon has this compatibility match wrong too.

Same as the 125$ ones for less like way less I paid 12$ for the pair ant the auto parts store there 125 each and there exactly the same right down to the part number so I had to wait 24 hrs to get them okay. I used the extra money to.go.to the beach that weekend win win
