Good for foot massage
These work so good. I am not sure I am doing it correctly for non feet but for my feet I've got these down. Great help!

Helps my hands
The larger tool is what I was looking for. I have been taught how to scrape my feet for neuropathy, and this made getting between toes easier. And, yes, scraping works! I am keeping my neuropathy at bay, but still not a cure.
