realme 12X 5G (Twilight Purple, 6GB RAM, 128GB Storage)

Using from past 6month. Vooc fast charging phone. Overall it is a nice phone.

Honestly,I could have done a review on,when I bought.So I just decided to use and wait for few months to make informed and non biased response on this phone's usage, performance, quality, delivery, software etc And I am happy say,The phone is truly best one on entry level so far (maybe I am overhyping it but from samsung galaxy j7 prime (2016) to Realme 12x 5G (2024) is massive jump in user experience. The phone has good quality build, pair it with stock phone cover that comes with, it is enough if you are not accidentally dropping it , even then the phone willing not get easily damaged like few high end phones . I like the whole phone appearance of it,even the design are great.but weight seems to be bit of issue in long usage. Battery life it depends on your usage patterns but I recommend you not go for 120hz 5g with max brightness as it will drain fast with slot uf active process in background,use 60hz or Adaptive refresh and 5g with 50% brightness Charging is the fun part,I truly love how every phones are having fast charging even wireless charging as normal,it's so satisfying and fast now a days to quick your phone to 100 from 0 and which lask prolly a week as mid level usage makes phone last 2 days . Sound quality is ok I could say,it could been better but adding or improving in that tiny space is hard and I can understand that. I could say it's great value for money device for those who want phones under 15k .

This one is good product good looking nice camera good battery life sound quality is good

After Opening the package, I started the phone and checked it. I observed that the front camera showed vertical lines. When I clicked a selfie, the lines were also visible in the photos. I contacted Amazon. First, they appointed a technician for a home visit. He asked for the job pin on the call, which I denied. Then, a lady assured me that after two days, it would be replaced or returned, but nothing happened. Then again, I contacted Amazon, and they refused to replace or return it. Worst phone, worst service.
