To start, overall its oretty good and once up ptetty solid.Like other reviews, and taking it a step further, the wall fastners and assembly hardware (nuts, and eyes) are garbage. Its only the fastners on the rear stabilising bar that I havent had to replace.Ive had to go so far as re-evaluating how I hang my bag as the eyebolt is deformed (eye is opening), loosening very rapidly, and is deforming the hole in the bar after only 4 days of light use.Other than this, the brackets and bars are pretty good and should hold up well. Just dont expect much from the fixing and assembly hardware.

For the price it's very good however there is a couple of things you have to alter on assemble due to the design of the assemble in general.Example in photo.Where the pull up bar fixes over the wall mounts there's gaps causing a slight rock on the bar when pull ups a in motion. ( Gaps which is visible in photo )The gaps i filled with measured washers to fill the gaps.

Good product but don't rely on instructions as they're out of date, only a bit of common sense required to figure out what the instructions missed

sturdy product but had to buy my own bolts to attach the bag as the one provided where the wrong size and did not fit.

This product is very good. It takes the weight of my 40kg heavy bag with ease. No creaking, no sign of strain.The chin-ups handle is perfectly sized both in terms of length and width - which makes it great for both close grip pull - ups and wide grip pull - ups.Made of a durable material, easy to assemble and fix to a wall.Very happy!

Solid piece of kit, good grips. Great to have the ability to hang your punch bag too
