I originally bought one of these four years ago for my cat that needed to lose weight. It worked wonders as my husband and I were on weird shifts and didn’t have to worry about feeding our cat cause this fed her for us. Then we moved and when we moved it wouldn’t connect to our phone anymore. It would still go off at set times but I just could not access it anymore. I kept that one until we got our second cat. I then bought two new feeders. My husband and I have accumulated two more cats for a total of four cats and we have four of these things in our house now. They are wonderful. They go off at the same time and notify my phone within minutes that they were fed. They also notify me if one is jammed and needs help. Only thing I recommend with this product is name a feeder, write its name on the feeder and name it in the app with the same name. So if one is jammed and you have multiple like i do you know exactly which one it is. I’ve bought this product a total of five times and I’d buy it 60 more times. I love these things. And watching my cats race every time they hear them go off is absolutely comical.

Wish I would have known of this sooner. I purchased 2 for my male cats. I really like that I can set multiple feeding times and notified at the time of feedings. There is little to no assembly, just put the good in and put the lid on. It is the perfect size for multiple days of feeding. The only noise is the food hitting the bowl which the cats hear even if asleep and they race to eat. Highly recommend if you have binge eaters.

The device works as it should. The batteries don't last long when used as the power supply. My biggest complaint is the app that comes with it. Why does it need my location?

We love the fact that our cat no longer wakes us at 5:00 in the morning. This was easy to set up, I had returned another one because I could to figure out the programming it was too complicated, and no way to tell if my cat got his food or other. It holds over 1 week of 2x a day feedings, the cleaning was too easy felt like I missed a step or two. My sweet cat does believe if he stares at it long enough it will give him more food. I have not convinced him otherwise yet.

Bought this for my dog to dispense some snacks when we aren’t home. It has a cute design and the app is user friendly. The noise of the treat dispensing is noticeable, but it doesn’t bother me. The overall dispenser feels like is made out of a good quality plastic and the surface feels matte so you don’t what to worry about finger prints.

This has been a huge help! We bought it in April and no issues! We’ve had it running also while on two different vacations as well! You just have to figure out the amount you need it to drop and you’re good to go!

I gave it three stars because the unit itself is beautiful. The whole setup of it is really nice it would have been very convenient. My problem with the one that I received is that I follow the instructions to the letter set the clock set the timer set the portion control hit the button and the clock would not count time so overnight it did not deliver the two portions and it never moves from the time that I set it at the night before. I dismantled it I took the batteries out I let it sit I tried to do it again set it up The clock time down for 1 minute and then it stopped again I tried to reset it three more times couldn't get the clock to work so back it went. I am going to try and order another one because I really like the unit if I can get it to work it'll be great and then I'll come back and I will give it a better rating.Why did you pick this product vs others?:The reviews on this were really great and as I said above the unit itself is really a nice little unit mine just wet the bed.

I LOVE this product, it is so easy to assemble it, easy to use it and no noises are coming out of the feeder which is a PLUS for my cat.
