I was very pleased with this, it cut my appetite, food, carb and sweet cravings. I lost over 10 pound then it started just maintaining with no further weight loss. Updated 2 years later....all the good results ended, no appetite suppressant, weight gain. Off it for a year, starting over, trying again.

I have been taking this for 3 weeks now. I exercise every day and eat clean. With in days of taking I noticed an increase iny appetite,I was eating everything in sight. I don't understand how a product that claims it will depress your appetite can claim this. When I started I weighed 122 today I weigh 125.8. I have literally had to stop myself from eating to not keep gaining. If I hadn't I would of gained more. I should at the very least be loosing 1 lbs a week. Instead I'm gaining 1 lbs a week. I won't be ordering anymore . 72.00 is an outrageous price for something that doesn't work. I'm curious as to who and what weight this works for ???

This probiotic was originally referred to me by a local dietitian and endocrinologist in my hometown hospital. I had to either purchase from their office or online through Pendulum until the product was suddenly only available through Amazon and not the actually Pendulum site. I didn't notice any difference taking this pill weight wise nor gut wise. My husband on the other hand stated it helped improve his morning routine when first taking but after a few bottles he didn't notice any improvement or failure with the product. It was just blah by the 5th or 6th bottle so I stopped purchasing since the product is a bit pricey.

While many reviews cite the high price, I am seeing it as a lower cost alternative to semaglutide shots which are anywhere from$300-1200 per month. So, this seems, by comparison very affordable!. So far, i have noticed no digestive upset or side effects from this. I have been taking about 8 days and think i am starting to feel more easily satiated at meal times and am thinking about snacking less often. I am probably too early in the process to notice much effect but so far, there are no "deal breakers" and I am hopeful that my current experince is just the tip of the iceberg. I have been sure not to take on an empty stomache and I thinkthat helps to avoid the nausea that some others have experinced.

I took these pills, as directed, for around 3 months. These pills caused no harm -- that I could tell. These pills had no effect -- that I could tell.
