Great for people just getting into mouth taping as it’s pretty impossible for this to come off during the night due to the strong stick but long term probably not the best option as it sticks really strongly and can leave you a little sore especially if you’re sensitive. The price of this product is better than the others on Amazon so that’s great, best to use a product like this when you’re just starting and when you’re used to mouth taping and you no longer feel the urge to rip it off opt for your standard 3m microporous tape - which is less likely to cause any irritation and comes at a lower price and lasts much longer.

To good to be true . Do not accommodate person of colour big lips. They fall off every night and are cheaply made. You may as well by the expensive ones . They worked amazingly for me

The product came fast and well packed but when I went to read the instructions there was a large sticker over it so when I tried to peel it off they was unreadable

These don’t stay on properly, and also the adhesive feels like it wasn’t made for this specifically and they’ve never securely stayed on the few times I’ve used it, will probably throw them away

Son correctas. No se despegan y cumplen correctamente con su misión. No eliminan del todo los ronquidos pero si los mitigan algo. Eso me supongo que será distinto en cada persona, pero en general para mi son satisfactorias.

Anfangs riecht das Mouth Tape einwenig, aber das verfliegt schnell. Es klebt perfekt: Es hält im Schlaf und ist ohne Probleme wieder abziehbar. Als ein leichter Schnarcher in Rückenlage verhindert es bei mir das Schnarchen sehr gut und hat auch keine nennenswerten Seiteneffekte. Ich kann nicht beurteilen, wie wissenschaftlich belastbar der Einsatz ist, aber ich fühl mich besser und damit passts.

They dont really stick to my face because of face cream and vaseline on lips but my dad really likes them!
