My Favorite Athletic Drink Powder
I'm a triathlete (4 Kona qualifications) and have experimented with many drink mixes. IMO Precision Fuel is the best of them. Its ingredients are maltodextrin (glucose in a longer molecular chain to minimize stomach upset & speed stomach emptying) and fructose. Research suggests that mixture with a 1.25:1 ratio of glucose to fructose digests much faster than either separately. I can absorb nearly 500 Calories/hour of Precision in long events. It also contains electrolytes, which I don't track closely as the research is inconclusive beyond that some sodium is beneficial in long, hot events. The glucose/fructose ratio is claimed to be 2:1, but the Nutrition Facts label lists 30g carbs & 12g sugars (fructose) so I believe it is a 1.5:1 ratio, which is near optimum. I find it to be soluble up to about 23 Calories/ounce of bottle volume (18 C/oz of added H2O). Be sure to use clear containers when testing solubility as I had a bad race performance once thinking that I'd consumed many more Calories than actually dissolved in opaque bottles. The taste is pleasant and encourages consumption. The only disadvantage is that it is expensive. I have been using Precision for racing and critical efforts and RAW for training. RAW has similar performance at just over 1/3 the cost per Calorie, but has a strong citric taste that slightly bothers my stomach when mixed near saturation on cold days and doesn't encourage drinking as much as I should. Precision could simplify my life by changing scooper size to have 100 Calories per scoop instead of 60.

Precision = Best Customer Service
Product arrived quickly, however, the expiration date was less than 90 days away. I contacted Precision Hydration and they responded almost immediately, said Amazon should have shipped a bag with a longer expiration date, and shipped me a replacement immediately. Precision is the best company out there for fueling and customer service. The mix tastes great and no stomach issues. Buy it you won't regret it.

Best electrolyte & carb mix I’ve used
Probably the best electrolyte/carb mix I’ve tried so far. It has everything I need with no complications for demanding training and competition, works exactly as intended and tastes fine, doesn't upset the stomach. On top of that, great customer service and a solid company behind it.

It’s ok
I got this to help with my long endurance events. There is no taste. It says that it’s supposed to be like a lemon lime or a citrus. There’s no taste. I think it’s working OK, but I’m not impressed with it. I’m trying to find something that’s not gonna upset my stomach, which this does not upset my stomach so that’s nice but at the same time I need something that can help me do 70 mile days and I still feel like I’m falling flat even taking this

Not resealable
Upon opening the product I found that the zipper seal is faulty/damaged/unusable. I’ve resorted to using masking tape to keep the powder contents from getting exposed to moisture. But that’s pretty crappy. Can’t speak to the quality of the powder yet. I’ll update after trying it
