BRILLIANT. Worth it and you get two pairs (sort of)
I have some loop ear plugs and even the smallest provided plugs are too big for one of my ears. I do have very small ears/canals. So I thought I’d try these at £5.49 or something and they also go to -27db at blocking out noise, more than loops -25db. So after having used these for a week, I’m happy to say that they’re BRILLIANT!!! Despite what others have said, you DO GET TWO SETS OF THEM! ( maybe people should born up the packaging properly 😉😂) the silicone plugs are probably a bit softer than loops- which in my mind work better as they easily mould to your ear canal. I use the XS in both ears, but could use one of the size S in my ‘bigger’ ear canal ( the rhs one) as I’m a left hand side sleeper ( and my lhs ear canal is the smaller of the two) I have struggled to find earbuds that fit and don’t cause irritation or sore ears when I’m wearing them. I have suffered from open sores, weeping ears and ear pain from having badly fitted earbuds because of my small ear canal etc. I also suffer from excema in my ears and I’ve noticed this last week that they’re not at bad in the morning and far less ‘sweaty’ than loop earbuds! Weird but there you go. BINGO!! These cheap little babies are it! So for reference I’ve used a variety of different kinds of ear buds for sleeping over the last 6-7 years and apart from Happy Ears ( which I rate highly but they’re not cheap and I’m always losing my buds!) these are hands down the best for the money. There’s 4 different sizes of plugs to choose from to attach to the circular part that sits in the ear shell. XS- L. There’s also in the cardboard inner another pair of circular loopy things that just how up as the blue colour like a dot in the cardboard as they are placed on the inside of the cardboard inner sleeve (I think this is where people are not looking properly so only think there’s one set of circular loopy handle things!) So you can make up a spare set for a different size plug. I always keep a pair by the bed and a pair in my bag (if I get admitted to hospital I can’t sleep without earbuds in, learned that the hard way, so am always prepared 😂) There is a small zippy bag to put your earbuds in which is very neat and handy and has an attached loop so you can attach it something to make it easier to locate etc. I find the XS stay in place very well in both ears and they block out all the irritating noises that keep me awake ; super light sleeper here. Although I can’t comment on the ability to block out snoring as I got rid of ‘that issue’ a few years ago😉 ha ha. However these are better than the loops for db levels so as long as you get the fit right for each ear, they do allow phone alarms and moaning teenage boy sounds to penetrate (sadly) I’ll DEFINITELY buy more of these, even if they only last a few months, they’re already worth it in my mind, for the comfort of alone. I’ll try and remember to update with a better time frame reference for the durability of the plug etc. Hope this helps the light sleepers, and those who struggle with irritating noises and dogs who lick their paws at night and snore…(couldn’t ditch the dogs of course 😉😂) Apologies for the sniffing in the video… I’ve got a runny nose arrived today.

Pardon?
I work in an office environment, like multi occupancy large floor space, no cubicles type of deal. It is noisy! Bought these as I struggle to concentrate inbetween the incessant keyboard tapping, humming and tutting, foot drumming and "what are you having for dinner" and "my child is the next Einstein" smorgasbord of sounds. They work! I have clipped the little carry case to my landyard which makes them easy to transport and easy to grab when someone starts harping. They're small and come with different size ear buds to ensure a good and comfortable fit. The sit in my ear comfortably and do block out a lot of the noise. Not all of it, but enough to make the day manageable. They are clearly a dupe of a popular known brand, the quality is obviously slightly lesser than the name brand but still very good. The hoop is flexible silicone and not a solid plastic ring which in my opinion makes them a lot more comfortable to wear and use. They're small and indiscreet which is a plus but can be a negative if you come across as rude lol but they're functional, fot well, transport easily, definitely value for money. Don't expect them to tune out all of the noise, they won't, but for office based droning they definitely make it easier to deal with.

Well worth it
For the money you can’t argue with these. Have previously had the ones you shove in yourself but they always pop out. These are super comfortable and stay in all night. Definitely muffle a lot of background noise - kids gaming and husband snoring :-) - but you could still hear important noises if you needed to. Like that they come in a case too.

Dull the noise
So these do reduce noise but don't expect them to cancel out anything super loud. Like the snoring bear sleeping next to you or the noise of a aircraft. But if you want to reduced noise then they are fine. Silicone molded and fit the ear well with different sized ear plugs for a better fit. They have also never fell out while sleeping.

Eustachian Tube is blocked. Ringing in ear after working in a canteen.
Really effective. I work in a canteen for an hour a day and have a problem with my inner ear the Eustachian tube not clearing after an infection. The noise where I work is so loud the problem ear starts ringing and continues for hours after. I only wear the one and it’s enough to muffle the noise but still hear conversation. It’s giving my problem ear a rest and from the daily irritation of the racket. It doesn't fall out, it doesn’t show, I have longish hair, and I put it in while I’m walking along to do my shift . All very easy.

I should have read other reviews more carefully!
Like others, I was disappointed to find that there are NOT two sets of earplugs - there are indeed two pairs of the actual earplugs, but only one complete set of tips: four pairs, one in each of four different sizes: Extra Small, Small, Medium (all in the box) and Large (already fitted to one pair of the earplugs. So if you're unlucky enough to lose one or both of your earplugs, you can't replace them with the other pair as there will be no tips of the correct size to fit to them 😠 . Unless you're between sizes and can use either the slightly-too-large or slightly-too-small pair equally well - you'll have to find someone else who needs a different size tip and give them the redundant pair. Having said that, they seem good value on offer at £6. They do reduce noise considerably once you sort out which size tip you need, then work out how to fit them into your ear correctly, which takes a little practice. They're far more comfortable for me than the foam type, and are more effective (in my ears) at reducing noise. Some people might find otherwise, but I don't think that's a fault with the earplugs, just that we all have different ears! The earplugs come with a dinky little black plastic zip-up pouch, which (unlike other styles of carrying case) is large enough to fit the earplugs in with a cord attached, if you have such a thing. As I like to wear earplugs with cords, just in case one falls out, the size of the case is a definite plus for me. All in all, a decent set of earplugs, with a useful case; fair value for one pair at the current offer price, plenty of different size tips to find one to suit you. But sadly, no "spare pair" for you 😟 . UPDATE 24 HOURS LATER I tried these last night while listening to music through my bone conduction headphones. With external noises much reduced, I found I could turn the music volume down by 50% which has to be better for my ears! And they were so comfortable that I forgot I was wearing them, went to bed - and wondered what the heck was wrong with my ears when I went to put my earrings on this morning - thought for a horrified moment that it was some sort of swelling or tumour!! I'm now so impressed that I've just ordered a second set, so that I can keep one pair in my headphones case, and one in my bag!

Work brilliantly
FABULOUS! I rarely write reviews but I've been seeing these all over the inttbut didn't want to spend big money without knowing they work. So I bought these before going to a festival and honestly they are amazing...now to be clear you can still hear noise! We had people partying beside us all night BUT it doesn't keep me awake and what even better....not only does the box come with several different sizes to choose from you can actually make a second pair so my husband got a pair too or you've got a spare set! Definitely invest in these...Great price!

Quite comfortable, small is good as my ears are small and normal earphones always hurt and fall out so the sizing is perfect , they give extras in there which is really nice . Easy to use . Noise reduction is good . I haven’t slept in them yet but I assume sleep quality would be good too .Overall good
