Packaged very well. Be sure to look over the instructions a few times. Some parts of the instructions were easy to understand, others took a bit to figure out. I recommend when screwing in the back portion, don’t screw in the parts all the way until each piece is in place, then tighten everything otherwise some of the bars won’t fit and you’ll have to go back and unscrew sections. I put it together by myself which was doable but extra help would be a plus. I am a 5’3” petite woman and did it all myself. The most time consuming part would be putting in the slats because each one has to be screwed in and there’s about 16 -18 slats with 2 screws each and the holes aren’t pre drilled. But it’s very sturdy. My kid loves the shelves to put her toys and a nightlight. Love it

I was looking for something as a space saver but also to give each girl some space for their treasures and books for when then wanted quite time. This was pretty easy to put together and i purchased 8” mattress for top and 5” mattress for bottom and the rails on top still is high enough the 5 year old will not roll out. The only thing we did was build a slanted ladder with hooks and put at the end of the bed to make it easier to go up and down as they get older and me to change bedding plus we added a backboard to the back of the bottom bunk so the 2 yr old could put pictures or something up one day. It would be nice if the ladder could have the option of going to either left or right depending on the position of the bed for the buyer but other than that I would buy this again.

When put together, the bed seems solid. But wow, lots of screws and time to assemble. If you enjoy that, it's a 5 star lol

I love the shelves! Bed takes up quite a bit of space in a fairly small bedroom but the built in shelves and drawer underneath make up for the lost space.

Product came in with chips and the instruction manual was opposite of what we needed to do. Once the bed was assembled, it seemed sturdy on the bottom, but was a little wiggly on top. Supports myself and the kiddos, but feels a little sketch. I would say for the cost of the product, it's a decent. Love the color and functionality it offers.

The 'wood' is cheap and every piece has an incredible amount of flex for it to be structural furniture. A good number of the drilled holes don't line up so assembly took much longer than it should have. Lastly, the cams to install the bottom drawer broke while installing with a normal screwdriver.I wanted some of the other reviews to wrong as this was the bed frame my kids wanted, but ultimately it is garbage that will be replaced sooner than later.

The bunk beds are beautiful. I had a few missing pieces and the company was very quick to respond and correct the situation. Would highly recommend this product and company.
