Very very mid tier. It's not bad, but it's not what they advertise. Build quality is decent. Even the fit is manageable. But the sound quality is very bad for it's price range. Deep audio with no depth, and muffled sounds when playing multiple sources of audio make it terrible to use. Not to mention the mic. It picks up everything. Even the scrape of your mouse on the desk. No NC at all. Breathing is heard very clearly. After coming from a brand like JBL and RedGear, this is not usable

I recently purchased the black variant of Hammer headphones on July 10, 2025, and after using them extensively for my job, which requires wearing headphones for 12+ hours daily, here’s my take on their performance. Pros: RGB Lights: The RGB lighting is a standout feature. The smooth, sequential glow gives the headphones a premium look and feel, elevating their aesthetic appeal. They truly shine in low-light settings, making them visually striking. RGB Off Mode: When the lights are off, the headphones take on a sleek, understated appearance. The material isn’t transparent glass, but the way the lights diffuse through the surface when on is genuinely impressive, adding a unique touch to the design. Cons: Cushion Comfort: The cushions are a significant drawback for long-term use. As someone who wears headphones for 12 hours a day due to work, I found the cushions uncomfortable after extended periods. They lack the plushness needed for all-day wear, causing discomfort around the ears. Cable Quality: The cable quality feels subpar for the price. Unlike some competitors in the same price range that offer braided cables for added durability and a premium feel, Hammer’s cable feels basic and less sturdy, which is disappointing. Overall: The Hammer headphones excel in aesthetics with their stunning RGB lighting and versatile design, making them a great choice for casual users or those who prioritize style. However, for professionals like me who need headphones for long hours, the uncomfortable cushions and average cable quality are notable drawbacks. If Hammer improves the cushioning and opts for a braided cable, these could be a top contender in their price range.

Headphones are good and worth the price. The handy mute, volume and RGB buttons are really helpful.
