Nice american Fridge to replace a 20 year old samsung. The space in the utility limited what size this could be. This hoover model is deep as other models but is plumbed for ice and water. It therefore meet our requirements. Very happy with the size and fitment of this unit. Had it now for several weeks and its perfect so far. Nice appearance and colour. Water and Ice works great and i would say although its smaller than out last unit we have more freezer spac than before due to the water and ice mechanism being on the door . One last thing i would say when buying an american type Fridge freezer is be aware of the depth of the doors and that the hinge desinge may mean the door open wider than the space required so therefore the unit needs to sit proud of the workspace

Lovely fridge, arrived quickly and the guys who unloaded it and unpacked it were brilliant. Looks nice, great size, very quiet. Instructions on using the temperature. Alerts tou if tou leave the doors open and cold water storage on the door easy to use and fill. The price was great compared to other places selling the same fridge, also the cost to take away the old fridge and take out extra extended insurance through Amazon was hundreds of pounds cheaper if you factor in everything, compared to currys or argos.

The product was fine but the delivery was .appalling. The product was left on top of my roses in the front garden as the delivery driver stated he did not have time to unpack it so that it would fit through our front door leaving myself and my husband to lift a large american fridge freezer into our house on our own and we are both in our 60's. DISGUSTED!!!

I liked the price and features, it's good value. I like the water filter in the fridge as it's easy to get at and holds water in the fridge for extra capacity. I like the ice maker in the door, as it leaves more room in the freezer. I like the opening in the door for ice/water, it's bigger than our old fridge/freezer and I can get pint glasses under the dispenser. I don't love the soft touch door close, as sometimes the doors don't shut properly. The fridge/freezer that we replaced had handles on the outside of the door. This fridge/freezer has flush handles, which are not as easy to get used to. The door shelves sides are a little bit too low and things in the door are not as secure. I would still buy this fridge again.

Delivered today and so far I am very pleased. My old American fridge started making a loud noise on the Monday so I ordered this one and it came on the Wednesday. The delivery slot was between 7am-7pm and it arrived at 12.15pm the driver also text me to say he was 30 minutes away. The fridge freezer was super easy to set up, very minimal effort. The water dispenser is great and hold 3 litres of water. The fridge freezer has a super freeze mode so I was able to turn off my faulty one and put all the food in this one in 2 hours of it being switched on. Very happy to not have to listen to my old one humming anymore

Took my out very large American fridge freezer away without knocking the house to bits and brought the new one in expertly. Too early to comment on the fridge/freezer but first impressions, it looks like a fine machine and has more capacity than the old Samsung.

The fridge/freezer is good but the process of getting it delivered and installed was terrible.
