Very skeptical about $80 backgtound noise cancellation headphones, But it actually works. I recorded YouTube videos with toddler playing and my wife cooking in the kitchen and they wore both completely cancelled out on the audio. My wife even came next to me to talk to me and the audio did not catch her voice only mine. Ensure you plug it into a computer first and update the drivers on the website it gives you. On advance setting you can change the environment to loud.

This headset is very comfortable to wear. It does not impinge on the ear nor is it tight on the top of my head. It is very adjustable. The ear cuff is very soft and fits close to the ear which allows maximum sound. The mic is moveable. This headset paired easily to my computer. It does have mute, volume up and down buttons as well.

Works great. Two things that would make b it perfect, to make the ear cover thinner and lighter and remove the auto disconnect button.

I have had this headset for over a year now. I always thought it was good until I was on a call about a half hour ago via Zoom. An AV vendor was in the room and started drilling 20 feet from where I sit drilling into brick. The other two people could not hear it, the mic blocked it all out. Best noise canceling mic you will find for $80.

I use it for work and it pairs nicely with Teams, which is a huge plus since I work remotely. The cord seems unnecessarily long but I'm not going to knock off a star for that.

Very disappointed with this product due to one annoying feature that can not be disabled. Evertime I press mute button there is a voice that says "mute on" and "mute off". I use the headset for an 8 hour shift and use the mute button constantly, without exaggeration every second during those 8 hours, and is very annoying to constantly hear the voice saying evertime "mute on" "mute off". I do Interpretation work and it literally interferes with the flow of the call. I contacted the manufacturer tech support to see if there is a way to disable this feature and they responded with a big NO. very disappointed and I definitely won't be buying this product again.They should really consider adding an option to disable this feature in the software provided by them to manage this device.

Sound quality is good but the microphone is too sensitive. It does a poor job of blocking background noise. I work in big office and people on the call can hear others that 15 to 20 feet away from me.

Wife works from home. Got this to replace her worn-out headphones. Works great. Lightweight. Sound is good. I like the adjustable microphone.
