I have been using this protein for a while now. I don't follow a plant based diet but I eat as clean as possible and find the ingredients in this to my liking. Low in fat, carbs and high in protein. The sweetners used don't add calories. The texture and taste are good and I make mine in a ninja blender usually with a banana added for additional nutrition and combined with the chocolate flavour it makes for a tasty drink. I also sometimes add creatine if it fits in with my workout schedule or I want an extra serving that day. I usually have one or two shakes daily but it depends on what I have done that day. I don't tend to use this as a replacement meal but purely for a protein boost after a workout. I find this digests well and I don't suffer from bloating or gas. Chocolate is my favourite flavour out of the three available.

Nice product, I have the chocolate and vanilla. Both taste good but the vanilla seems to have a slightly sweeter taste! The chocolate is lovely and doesn’t have that horrid after taste from the sweetener that some other protein powders have. On the whole I’m very satisfied with this.

Ok protein for a vegan one. Gone with the chocolate this time as the vanilla was super sweet. Mixes ok but not entirely lump free if only using a shaker. Mixed half water half milk as quite thick.

I needed to get more protein into my diet and I'm a chocoholic vegetarian with food allergies. My previous protein powder was no longer available for some reason, so I figured that I'd try this instead as it seemed to tick all of the appropriate boxes. I didn't realise just how big it would be though! I've got a smoothie machine which I really seriously needed with this... there's no way that manually shaking it would disolve all of the powder! I followed the instructions to the letter and turned my smoothie machine on for 10 seconds and took a sip... very very watery and still some grains of powder left. The next day I put slightly more powder in and turned the machine on for 15 seconds but got the same result and only barely got a hint of the chocolate flavour. The third day I tried less water and even more powder and turned the smoothie machine on for 20 seconds - the grains had finaly all disolved and I was starting to get slightly more flavour through. Day 4 and even more powder went in and the smoothie machine was on for 25 seconds - bingo! The perfect mix for me was approx 50g of powder and 250ml of water. I won't be getting it again and will be using it rarely, but it's not worth the money I spent on it by a long way.

I usually buy whey protein powder, but thought I'd try this as it has a slight higher protein to the scoop in comparison....and it was on sale. However, I am just about stomaching this due to the texture once mixed, it's like drinking watered down mash potatoe (not that I've ever had that). UPDATE: I tried this for little less than a week, and I'm starting to be physically sick with drinking it. Have now binned this purchase and ordered the normal whey protein powder I used to have.

Mixes well and tastes good even with water
