it's perfect for me, the taste it's delicious!! i do wish you have bigger bottle like 5litre. refill version with resealable will be great to have too. i was expecting it to be fishy like vietnam fish sauce, but this is definitely my new favourite now.

This is the first time I have tried a more expensive, and aged, fish sauce. Although more expensive it has an excellent flavor profile that I think makes it worth the money. Excellent on rice.

魚醤独特の香りはありますが、タイ等のものとは異なり、料理に使うと香は飛びます。 でも、しっかり旨味が残るので、ネギキムチの下漬けに使っています。 そして、和食の和え物や、ドレッシングの隠し味にも使用しています。 本当のうま味調味料だと思います。
