Great Solar Panels for Outside Cameras
We decided to add some additional outside cameras to our house since we travel quite often. Utilizing solar power vs plug in electrical components not only saves on electric bills but you don’t have to worry about a power outage. We are very pleased with the function of these and they seem to always provide full battery power. I highly recommend purchasing these for your outside cameras. They are easy to install and you can mount them pretty much anywhere on the house.

Excellent
I can't believe how well this thing works. I have it paired to a Eufy s340. I live in deary, gray Washington, and the panel is installed in an area that gets minimal direct sunlight, and nonetheless, it's still charging my camera (which can't be said for the original solar panel). In two days the camera has gone from 61% up to 75%. Granted, it's summer. I doubt it'll work this well in winter, but it's still a big improvement in performance over the stock panel.

Works Perfectly – Great Design and Easy Setup
This solar panel works exactly as described! Setup and installation were super easy, and I especially love the base system—it allows for full 360° rotation, which made it really simple to get the perfect angle for sunlight.I'm using this with my Eufy 2C camera, and it charges at a steady rate of about 2% per hour, which is perfect for keeping the battery topped off without needing to bring it inside. The included USB-C and Micro USB connectors were a nice touch too, making it compatible with different camera models.Overall, it’s a great investment for hands-off, reliable charging. Highly recommend!

Eufy S340 - the good and the bad
PROS-Charges the camera fully every day. I live in Utah so we get good sun in the summer but not so great in the winter. My camera wouldn't charge too much at all. You can see from the screenshots when I installed it and how it spiked. It's perpetually at 100% now and it's winter.-Inexpensive.-Uses the same mounting hardware as the original, so all you do is unplug and unscrew the original and reverse the order to install.CONS-Camera doesn't recognize it. You get a message on the app saying it's not plugged in. Still charges but it messes with the Battery Manager portion of the app.-Its heavy. It bends the gutter mount I have very slightly. Not too bad though.-It's large so it gets pushed by the wind and it shakes the camera a bit. It also reflects some of the camera lights so there's some glare at night. I recommend mounting it horizontal vs vertical to help with this.-Also, because it's large, if you mount it on the camera itself like I did, the range of motion/adjustment is limited because it hits the camera.-Again, size. Very noticeable and i just don't like the look of a solar panel sticking out of my house randomly. Look at the pic.-The cable is 481,647,392.99 miles long. It comes with a tiny extension that I wish was the one attached to the panel so the long cable doesn't get bunch up behind the panel. Non-issue if you mount the panel to the wall and have the cable running down to the camera. No data on longevity but I'll update down the line if need be. Looks to be solid but Chinese goods aren't known for their durability. I'd buy it again though.

Fantastic supplement for a Eufy security camera
I purchased this solar panel to charge my Eufy camera. The camera itself had a small solar surface, but it was not working well enough to charge the camera so over a pair of the time it was draining. I bought one of these and connected it directly to the camera and problem is absolutely solved. It charges the camera every single day to its fullest capacity, even when it is not very sunny or in the winter time when days are shorter. I love this device and I have bought now another couple for my other cameras to give me additional reliability.

Failed after 4 Months — No Support
Installed next to my OEM Eufy panel (still rock-solid after 3 years), this third-party panel quit after just 4 months. The listing boasts a “5-year service life,” yet there’s zero warranty and no help from the seller. Save your money—stick with Eufy’s official panel.

Great solar panel for Eufy 2 Pro cameras!
I bought 4 of these and just installed them today. I like my Eufy 2 Pro cameras even more now that I don't have to take them down for recharging every 6 months. I have one Eufy solar panel and it works perfect also. I decided to try these because they are considerably less expensive. I am pleasantly surprised. The quality of the product and the packaging are top notch. Installation was straightforward and just required mounting the base (3 screws), attaching and positioning the panel, and then plugging into the camera. I must admit that I upgraded the screws to #8 instead of using the smaller ones in the kit. But, this was a minor thing. Two of my panels needed to be mounted on the top of a metal carport. I was careful to not leave the cables in direct contact with the hot metal roof or against any sharp metal edges. One of my panels needed to be mounted on vinyl siding. I used a stud-finder to find where I needed to mount the base. The other panel needed to be mounted on a red brick facade. For that I had to use a masonry drill bit and tap in plastic inserts. But, it was easy to do.Honestly, the only pain for installing the 4 of these was moving around and changing the length on my heavy ladder. Even though I'm in good shape at 73, I grunt a lot.I recommend these solar panels to anyone with Eufy cameras. They are a good match. The cable permanently attached had a USB-C male end. But, the panel came with a 6 inch conversion-cable giving me the micro-USB male end that I needed for my cameras.I have had no problems whatsoever with these panels. And the price is very good.

Easy to install, never have to charge again
Bought these for my mom as she doesn't like going on the ladder to take her cameras down to charge them a couple times a year. Easy to install with a few screws and set them to face the sunniest area for the best results. Plenty of cable length to ensure maximum sun with almost any camera location outside.
