I have trouble falling asleep but when I take these I am sleeping quickly. I started out taking 2 but once I started sleeping well I was able to cut down to one most night. If my mind is racing really bad I’ll take two. This is a great product and super yummy you will not feel you are taking supplements you will like you are eating a candy and the good thing is it has zero sugar and being a diabetic its good for me

It's very strong so should not take 2 but maybe even half a gummie. plus the smell omg it smells so bad!!! pros doesn't leave me drowsy next morning .cons the smell is too bad stinks so bad next time I'll try a different one.

A Long Review Because it worked like magic! My dad has struggled for years from inadequate sleep. His mind just didn’t want to shut down enough for him to rest properly. Also, the sleep he did get was fitful. The final straw was the other day coming home from work he fell asleep, ran off the road and ended up unharmed in a corn field. We saw the commercials and got a real kick how the one lady said something about she “was able to see her husband in a whole different way” in a whiny northern accent. Well, we said let us try these gummies, if it doesn’t work, oh well. All I can say is whoever has formulated stealthy dream drops sleep gummies they are exceptional should be hugged lovingly around the neck!! He sleeps calmly through the night and wakes up rested. And yes, he is way nicer!!!

Packaging is very very nice but for sleep it was not at all effective.
