This is really pure and good quality oil.

Have been consuming it at night, just a spoonful..and it really is a game-changer. I also apply it on my body, face, underarms, calf area and feet. Can also be used as a liver detox pack. Gives smooth skin in the morning. Yes, the texture can feel icky to some. But if you don't mind the stickiness of it, you should definitely give it a try.

The first impression is : fantastic! Extremely well packed and tastes good. I use it very sparingly for oral radiation caries and the subsequent candidiasis. I will report back after a month, but for now it's great.

Excellent item and it is my go-to laxative. For me, 60ml mixed with orange juice to disguise flavour and texture, works perfectly.
