I can’t believe how well these work! Kept a cut block of mozzarella fresh for over a week.

This paper isn't magic, but it does seem to extend the life of cheese. Better than the plastic it comes in, and better than beeswax wrap. Did the old scientific method with a block of cheddar, the Freshglow paper wrapped piece lasted longest by a couple of days. About as good as wax paper but you can reuse this paper. I also rubberband the piece of cheese so that it stays wrapped up.

Seems to keep that she’s fresh. Generally I go through it pretty quickly, so I haven’t really kept it wrapped up for more than maybe three weeks. It’s worth it to give it a try.

I used this after having a Raclette party and had lots of extra cheese. For some of the cheese, I simply lined a plastic container with the paper and places the cheese on top and sealed with the plastic cover. No kidding, months later, at least two, most likely three, I opened the container and all of the cheese except for one piece where the cheese was touching the plastic container and not the paper was like the day I put it away. No mold, still in great condition and still yummy. Only the one side had a little bit of mold. I also had a store wrapped piece from that same day that was never opened and comparatively, that piece was covered in mold. That showed me first hand how wonderful this paper works. No more storing cheese without wrapping it in the paper. Keeps it super fresh, way longer than even the product says it will. It says it works for up to a month, well this paper worked for up to 3 months!

Love it! Wasn't sure this would actually keep cheese fresh longer - but it works!

It works every time. Bought it twice already. It keeps my cheese safe and fresh longer. I just wrap cheese in this paper and fasten it with rubber bands and put them back in the refrigerator. And no matter how many days after I reopen it, the cheese stays fresh and good to use. I will buy again.
