This seems to be a good quality Mimosa so far. - Capsules are easy to swallow - No odd aftertaste or ill effects - Price/Value is very good - Label has GMP stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven't seen the COA yet) - Nutricost is a well-trusted brand that routinely passes other 3rd party testing I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.

For me, more often than not & with high quality brands, they have been very effective. Until now, I haven't had any experience with Mimosa Pudica seed & I'm anxious to see how I do on it. I haven't taken this product long enough to share my health experience but, I am pleased to see certification & an outside lab analysis. It's reassuring & builds trust in the brand. A quality company will provide certifications, 3rd party lab results, ingredient sources & answer any other questions or concerns etc. I will certainly look for more supplements that fit my needs from the Nutricost brand.

Mimosa pudica seed is a natural intestinal scrubber that can remove toxins, parasites, and biofilm from the gut. These seeds are fat soluble and "mucilaginous," which means that they become a gel, swell and get very sticky when mixed with liquid. However, I put the contents of one capsule into a bowl with a TSP of water, mixed it well and sometime later it has still not gelled nor gotten sticky. I then heated it and no change. I figure it should do similar to Chia seeds but perhaps the grinding and so-called 10:1 extract process changed that. Maybe it needs stomach acid too. I fully trust Nutricost to provide quality products so I am at a loss to quantify the efficacy of this but perhaps it is doing just what you want it to do.

Not sure if this is working or not. Nothing is different from when I started taking it. No negative side effects, but no positives either.

I've never taken Pudica before this, but giving it a shot. I haven't noticed anything different, but I own a lot of other Nutricost products - mainly workout supplements. They're a great brand, so I'd trust what they put out as good quality
