Ethernet OBD OBDii Rj45 ENET OBDII Cable for Interface Coding G F-Series - 2 meters long

Used on a 2004 BMW E46 330d along with ISTA running on a Windows 10 laptop. Worked perfectly, just wish it cost a little bit less but I think once you find one of these cables that works you don't go looking around for another.

I purchased this product to programme my G20 330e using E-sys. Using this product with my laptop car and Esys was very easy to use. However I did have issues programming with (Esys launcher 2.8.2) which isn't compatible for programming G20 models. I already had this software in advance of my purchase however unknowns to me the after sales team provided a link to this software on purchase of the product. This is extremely useful for older model BMW's not newer models. Having had these difficulties I tired my luck with speaking to the after sales support team, I advised I had issues with software version having trimmed CAFD files. I received a very prompt response from Salva, I was advised that this versions as suggested would not be compatible with my vehicle model and that I would need to likely look at alternative paid solutions to do any programming. Salva provided information for the solutions compatible with later models and a link to an android solution known as Bimmercode. I already had an RJ45(Ethernet) to usb C adapter purchased separately. Yesterday I programmed my G20 330e using Bimmercode and made significant improvements to my vehicle thanks to Salva. I did this without incurring any additional cost from the point of purchasing this product. Therefore the fantastic after sales support has made me extremely happy with my purchase and I hope this support continues in the future. Salva you're a legend 🙌

After an awful experience with a creator scanner i went for this specifically to do a DSC bleed sequence on a mini r56 jcw. I previously used a dcan lead a few years ago with an old bmw but i remember ista was a pain to install and get to connect at the time, they worked great when you did get it to connect properly but still a right pain.. I was expecting a similar experience buying this but it was the opposite. This was easy. Lead, USB stick with what you need in the box - plug in lead plug in usb stick few clicks later and its ready to go. Great set of bmw tools in one easy application. An hour later i'd run the bleed sequence, calibrated the steering and cleared a few old codes that a scanner didnt pick up. Lead paid for itself first use. If you want to really get to know your bmw or mini then a bog standard laptop and this lead is the best option.

I have a 2005 BMW 330i that uses the older K-line protocol. Flipping the switch on the cable presumably switches it from K-line to D-CAN. It works well with INPA and I was able to do decent fault finding. It did not come with software, you’ll need to install a FDTI driver if you’re on Windows, and you can get INPA/EDIABAS from Bimmer Scene.

I bought this to reset the airbag warning light on my car. I'd had to remove the glovebox to get full access to the front fusebox and while doing this I'd disconnected the passenger airbag enable/disable switch. The ignition wasn't on but because I hadn't disconnected the battery the safety system noticed the switch disconnection. When I put everything back together and turned the ignition on I had a permanent warning that the car doesn't clear automatically as it's potentially safety-related. I got next day delivery (Prime) for the OBD adaptor and an hour or two after I picked it up from an Amazon locker I received a message in the Amazon message centre giving me the link to the software download. I followed the installation instructions provided, no problems there, and did some Googling to find out how to use the E-Sys software to reset the airbag warning. It took 5 minutes to connect my laptop to the car run the software and clear the fault - hence the 5 stars!

Why did you choose this product over others?: Excellent quality cable works flawlessly programming my Mini R53 using ISTA, NCSexpert and WinKFP. I’ve bought 2 cheaper cables before this one and they often fail communicating with my car.

States that it connected to obd2 when it’s not. Do not connect to INPA at all when cheaper cable works fine.

Product reviews stating in comes with software, product description says it doesn't and you have to get the drivers yourself from a website. Pins don't fit the ODB socket as they are too big/wide. will stick with my TopDon Pro which fits the ODB socket of an E70 X5.

Ce câble fonctionne parfaitement. Je m’en suis servis sur deux F30 à l’aide du logiciel E-SYS. La longueur est suffisante pour une utilisation avec un ordinateur portable et il n’y a pas besoin de pilote particulier. Autrement dit, il est compatible avec toutes les versions de Windows. Attention, le logiciel n’est pas fourni avec ce câble.

Me puse en contacto con el vendedor y me resolvió todas las dudas. El envío ha sido desde Inglaterra tardó una semana en llegar a España, ha venido todo bien empaquetado, mi sorpresa ha sido ver la calidad de construcción del cable, y la placa electrónica (fabricación nivel dios) y un pequeño USB con un programa que desconocía que trae la gran mayoría de las herramientas necesarias para darle uso al cable, todo funciona a la perfección. Muy contento con la compra, volvería a comprar sin dudarlo, vale la pena cada € invertido en este cable. Y si, trae chip FT232RQ no el típico RL. Funciona en Windows 10 y 11. Saludos
