I ordered the EOX Electric Scooter through Amazon, and it was delivered on 28th May 2025 by Blue Dart Courier. The packaging was excellent, and I received the scooter in brand new showroom condition – not a single scratch. Delivery was made on the exact date promised by Amazon, which was very satisfying. The scooter is being used by a 22-year-old boy staying with us, who works as a Swiggy delivery partner. He has been riding it daily since 28th May 2025, and the experience so far has been exceptional. Its good and gives 60 kmpl mileage. Seller customer care executive goves good support to me from monday to saturday only from 11 am to 6pm. Battary sometimes gives low voltage and veichle stops on the road. But Company should recruit 2 more customer care support executives instrad of one and should provide 24x7 support.

Using this scooter for 1 month now. Pickup is good and smooth. Getting around 50–60 km range on a single charge. Charging takes about 4 hours, which is fine. Overall product performance is good. But after delivery there was no customer support or guidance. No call for confirmation, no explanation about charging, starting, washing, or warranty. When I called for help, my call was only transferred and I never got clear answers. Product is good, but after-sales service needs serious improvement.

It is very disturbing to note that the vehicle DOES NOT come with rear view mirrors.... AND, of course, once bought, one can only buy new mirrors from open market. 😡😡😡😡😡 As such, it is a really good vehicle. Just smooth ride even over typical bumps and potholes!! Safety features are also there - lock and arming the touch-alarm are all available on the remote provided. The ride feels faster than speed shown and the battery backup is good for at least 2 trips of 12 km each way totalling a range of least 48-50 km in delhi commuting. My suggestion : definitely consider it In fact, buy it!!

The overall product is a steal at this price point. I’ve been using it for over a month, and it has been incredibly helpful for my daily commute. The mileage is impressive — I’ve tested it at 60+ km, and it delivers as promised. A key point to note is that at 35% battery or lower, the acceleration drops noticeably, even on the 3rd gear. In such cases, the scooter struggles to go beyond 20 km/h. However, for the first 40 km, the ride is smooth and consistent, which fits its purpose as a city ride. While two people can travel comfortably, it may struggle on uphill routes, especially with a pillion. For solo riders, this isn’t a major concern. Charging is also as advertised, taking about 4–6 hours, and you can conveniently use a normal 6A plug. The power draw peaks at around 300 watts, making it efficient and easy to charge at home. Overall, a great budget-friendly electric scooty for short city rides with predictable performance.
